Absulately . I got xm model in petrol at 4.64 lakh only but it was way back to more than 4.5 years now. No crash test or anything like that done ,it was new launching from Tata at that time. One thing I want to say that why some you tube videos still prefer celerio or santro over tiago and neos or i20 over Altroz where as tiago is most practical than swift or neos also bc. It handles all kinds of road conditions very nicely and not only like in city or on high way or on normal speed etc. Now with bs6 variant its the perfect hatchback. You will never regret if you buy tiago over swift or grand i10 neos also but you will feel some thing less always if you take neos or swift over Altroz. This is the real situation. Tiago offering value of every rs. I spent behind it.

I m also happy owner of Tata Tiago XZ purchased on October 2017. This is frist car in our family. Before purchasing Tiago searching lot and compared with other companies car are available in the market.
My friend (vehicle expert from Hyderabad) had recommended that without any doubts go for Tata Tiago, accordingly checked it's features.... Surprised that within 6lkah company is providing best safety facility, ABS, Harmon sound system, car interior & external design are too good.
Without second thought purchased Tata Tiago XZ, still many people not appreciate because people used to with MS cars. Car price also permitted my budget 6lakh.
Service Center services are very good... Really lucky enough. They are always trying give best service as a part of family. Only issue till date little milage issue. I m getting 14-16 km local and 18-20km in highway. Apart from office that I m very happy with Tata Tiago XZ (Petrol)..... Trying to recommend to others undoubtedly is the best affordable family safety car.
Plz raise ur voice to TATA on behalf of Tiago owners to provide better service and milage.

I too have the tiago xz 2016 model but i don't think its underpowered but the power delivery is late as it starts to come from 2000+ rpm. Edit: The Harman surround sound is the best even in 1 segment above nothing like it !!!
Pros : Love the handling and ride quality
, Very stable car and the steering weighs up well at high speeds, the built quality is good. Service cost is reasonable!!
Cons : 2016 model has lots of vibrations while idling the whole driver's seat and steering shakes but while driving its not there, Fit and finish is not upto the mark minor problems but still a headache , since i drive in the hills the A pillar is really thick obstructs vision, tata dealership didnt give my alloy rims in time so returned cash instead.

Cabin ke andar toh koi noise nahi aati baaki gaadhi ke baahar khade ho toh thodhi si aati hain. Agar leni ho toh khud bhi ek baar test kar lena.

I too pushed by friend in 2018 to go for Tiago AMT he was happy . I think one shud evaluate car buying based on some primary factors - 5 factors if one asks me . . Pros: 1. Safety 2. VOM 3. Handling Cons: 3. Servicing / customer experience 4. Tata brand Value for few who think 🤔 its Tata even today . If 3/5 still convince you one shud try/ give chance . They did very well till date after starting Tiago , Nexon line up . If they improve service experience then it will be very good for the brand as whole .
I also purchased my Tiago on 2016 September...on road price At Bhubaneswar is around 5.25 Lakhs.
At first I got mileage of 12-15 on city..But after 2nd service I got 17+ on city and 21+ on highway with Ac... without Ac 23+ on highway...But there is a point...after seeing lot of review, once I tested tank to tank on my Tiago...which is difference of 2.5-3kmpl than which show on my tachometer. So in real it shows around 14-15 on City and 18+ on Highway.

Bhai sahab mere pass Diesel XZ hai 22 Sep ok 3 saal ho jayenge 70000 km chal gai hai, abhi tak perfect hai, Bhai m akela highway se chalta hun 100 to 150 km daily hai, maf karna mere pass to 30 km ki everage deti hai, 28 se kabhi niche nahi aayee
Diesel h na isliye usme mileage badiya nikalti thi.

Fantastic car in the range and segment. It has a con that there is a lag in 1 st gear
I own tiago xz from December 2016. I have noticed that for any service that is booked over TMSC app, the authorised service stations attend perfectly. On the contrary, I've had to replace the steering column and rocker arm, under warranty within 3 years of the car purchase. So the spare parts quality need improvement.
& I drive my tiago xt diesel .... 87000km within 2.5 years
If you wish to start a series based on the the Tata owners feedback with Service centers, then you should take the approval from Tata to name the service centers and the contact person details so that the person in question and the job sheet/service invoice can be investigated and scrutinized from the customer and the companies perspective. Because i am sure Tata wants to fix the service and they should take the help of media to help fix the service aspect to give competition to Maruti service centers.

I own a 2017 xz petrol n i10 sports 2010... Buildwise Tiago is good but i somehow feel my old i10 has a better engine thn tata.. plus there are some nicks here n there in term of finishing in Tiago...

We have a tata tiago petrol xz variant 2018 modle... Most vfm product in segment.. But feel bad about our decision after driving ford freestyle diesel.. Sometime definitely feel lagging in engine while overtaking... After all good product by tata. 👍

Tiago 2020 looks like a small demon, it's very very fantastico with more power and good engine now. Best in the segment.
Also I have tiago XZ 2016 model.....I have completed 91000 km running and it's still going smoothly....No major issues in vehicle....I am satisfied with Service of tata service center....Very good Ride quality & handling....I am road trip lover that's why completed so much run

hi, i am using tiago diesel from last 3 years and 30,000 km is completed. tata done excellent product of tiago, but service center is still doing worst. service center need to improve like ford or Toyota.
Service cost, spares part is very high as compare to maruthi.

I am sure that you have taken a test drive before booking it. Issue it may have - A little more engine noise if compared with other brands and Service network in your area.

After 4th service i use castrol magnatech 'stop start' & i can feel d instant pickup in my tiago xz 2018 august model n im getting gud mileage too.

Tiago base variant on road price is 5 lac and i can get tiago xt @5.65 lac in Ahmedabad.

I have driven tiago for a 74 km drive....11 km in city traffic and the rest 63 km on highway and was surprised to get 23.9 km mileage with a petrol engine
How to know that top 10 service centre in gujarat especially Ahmedabad?
