His headwork when pressing is excellent. Its often overlooked yet so important. Lifting for that stretch then driving head back as u press. Was a game changer for my pec activation
how so? so it's wrong to leave your head flat on the bench? I used to do that and I corrected myself now I naturally stay head flat on the bench.@@MattFlyFisher

At 54 I'm still going strong but when I went on TRT what a incredible difference! Energy is crazy, strength and weight all went up where I have to be very careful not to get an injury as my tendons can't keep up with my strength. Im now slowing it down with less weight hopefully I will strengthen my tendons, I did improve in bone density from being on TRT so definitely going in the right direction.
@@rossodelmar When you get much more out put out of a engine it's going to break down quicker and not last as long as for cancer that is the least of what I would worry about as it can be easily dealt with. Hi , I'm 43yr from South Africa. Thinking about TRT. Not really sure about the dosages and side effects besides Reading up on Google. Any advice. Thanks
@@user-ul9gb5uh5k The question is what is your testosterone levels at? When working with TRT everyone is a bit different, I have been on TRT for 2 years now and have had great improvements in health and blood work but I also take exercise and good food seriously and have had zero problems with overall improvements. If you are around 600 or higher you would not need any TRT but work on keeping you test levels up. If you are under 600 and have had no luck getting your testosterone up then Yes! TRT would really be a great option.

its actually good for the wrists to put them in a more vulnerable position. your only as strong as your weakest aspect. dont go right into reverse gripping your max just do a set of them during push days
And that boys and girls is the effect of being " enhanced"... the difference is night and day, you cruise through the heavy weight for reps...(no hate, just facts)
Genetically enhanced maybe. I'm natural, no six pack or anything, weigh in at 270lbs and rep 3 plates easily. It's just natural the bigger you are the stronger you CAN be.
@@johnathonnorton1221 Absolutely, with good genetics you can gain a ton of strength and muscle. Like you said the bigger you get the stronger you're likely to get, even fat will increase your leverages in a lot of lifts, although gaining muscle is really what's increasing your lifts in the gym. Most people with bad genetics are weak though, they have no idea what a natural with good genes can do. They aren't even in the same ball park as a guy with good genetics.
Why not? Most people will try it and never do it again because it’s an awkward position. But if you take your time and do a little at a time you will get better at it and it will not be so awkward.
@@CankleCankle Yeah, repetition makes it easier to master, ok..... but why is that needed in the first place, if its just an awkward variation of grip?
