Both are on sale again via Native Instruments NKS sale, from 12 September to 12 October. Just a tip: make sure you are logged in. If you own Damage you can get a crossgrade sale offer that... Well, you could refuse, but you get what I mean :)
for the life of me, i cannot figure out how to connect maschine plus to a tv monitor. i have it all hooked up, but not sure what i look for within maschine to set it up so i can use a large screen. (brand new tv with correct USB ports).
I own both of these and I CANNOT recommend them highly enough! Heavyocity knocked it out of the park with these instruments! BUY THEM at this sale price! Do NOT pass go!
@@jefgibbons It's raw grit, it is not like any other symphonic library out there at all, totally unique sounding! I love it because it's as dirty as you can dare to push it, I find I don't have to add compressors and saturation to liven the sound up as these things are already built right into it!
Even though some of these are loops/sound sets, is it possible to create a score with some of these elements mixed together along with different libraries and upload to sites like Pond5, AudioJungle, etc?? Or even the track you just made, would you be allowed to upload that to sell?
Hi Jef, great video! I´ve had both for a while, but clearly I´ve not been using them to their full potential. One question though, the white MIDI controller you´re using, what is it? Looks like an S61 MK2. I´m after a weighted key version, but only the S88 is available currently and it´s far too big. Any alternative you can recommend that functions just as well as an S61 or S49, but weighted keys? Thanks!
Very powerful instruments, I was thinking to purchase them both, thanks for the video and walkthrough Anyway, I have Ujam Drums, do you think it can be somehow a replacement for Damage??
Thanks Munir! I've never checked Ujam. Do you have the Symphonic Elements Drums? I'm sure you'd find some similar sounds, I guess it's more about you finding that you don't have enough already with what you have got... You might want to look at the other things offered in the sale so you expand your palette of sounds instead of finding similar versions of the same thing.
Nice video Jef Is your konkakt configured in multi output with st1, st2, st3, ect… and have a symphonic destruction open for each output in konkakt that match your tracks in cubase. Or do you have a instance of konkakt open with symphonic destruction for each track in cubase. So if you have 7 tracks in cubase, you have 7 instances of konkakt open.
Thanks Michael, it's the latter! I did some tests ages ago and found that the RAM hit and CPU hit wasn't much to do it that way, and it's just so much easier!
@@jefgibbons Thanks Jef for your answer. The reason I ask, its that I had issues with automation Let me explain :) This was my setup I had Kontakt configured as 16 multi output with Arkhis and Thrill as software loaded. Two fantastic Native Instruments software Arkhis loaded on output st1 Thrill loaded on output st2 When I tried to record any automation, for example, move the layer module or layer FX, the automation would record in my DAW. Fantastic! But when I tried to record automation in Thrill (which is on output st2)... for example, move the X/Y module, the automation does not record in the DAW. So from now on, I will open an seprarate instance of Kontakt if I need to do automation. Otherwise, I will keep using multi output with Kontakt. Thanks again Michel

Great tip! Pinned!
What a beautiful Sound plug-in and recording you do. I love it.
Thanks Zeissler!
I've got both of these as well as Gravity. One helluva 1-2-3 punch for EPIC trailer music and cinematic action scenes.

Thanks for letting us know! Damage 2 is pretty obvious, but what are the things about Symphonic Destruction that you love specifically?

Affiliate link isn't working here. Are you ahead of the sale?
That’s weird… might be a blocker of some sort?
Not working for me either
Worked today, bought both. Love 'em!
I just bought Damage 2. Don't regret it even if I think these are quite expensive. On sale now for $249 instead of $399.
This was so cool 🔥🔥🔥🔥

It’s a special edition S61 mk2! I don’t have any recommendations of a weighted 61 unfortunately!
@@jefgibbons thank you! But you find the sensitivity is enough for what you need?
Hey Jef, where is your Adidas man?
Hey Jeff great video I was wondering can you do a video on auto looping the new feature that's in machine MK3 thank you
Hey Cecil, I’m not sure what you mean, I do have this video: ua-cam.com/video/Vz5nmRnD584/v-deo.html

Dope!
Hey Mr. Jef :-) AUDIO DAMAGE officially made all of their plugins free !!!
Good to know!! Checking into it…
Sweet as always! Like this library! Btw maybe a strange question. But what is the height of your table?
Not strange at all... 30.5 inches!
@@jefgibbons thank you very much! Mine is 31,1
Very Yellowstone-ish 👍
Now I know how they recorded intro of "American gods"...
I got Damage 2 a long time ago. I still think it is the best percussion library around.
It's pretty impressive!
naissss
If you love these sounds and want to hear them in a music I can't recommend the music of Woodkid enough.
Thanks for the tip!
