Thanks. I have terrible internal hip rotation. No back issues but it causes problems with my running.

Glad it was helpful!
@@BackIntelligence I can't do the W sit but I can do the seiza(sitting my butt on my heels albeit is not a comfortable position that I can easily rest in) . What muscles/joints would I need to work on to be able to do the W sit?
I gather that hip IR is one.
Anything else though?
Thank you
The letter M exercise had my rotators and front hip flexors burning
Thanks for exercises sir, I'm recovering from paraplegia 🥴🥴😭😭
Hope these exercises help me for better walking😇😊
Incredible!
🙏 thank you
Thanks for the exercises. Is there a more intense version of the standing excercise?
I’ve hypermobility but I can’t do w sit. My physio told me my hip socket is uneven and so I UA-cam to find solutions. And after doing the second exercise, I can do w sit right away after many years hahahaha. Thank you.
You're welcome!

Hi, every time I do hip internal rotation exercises, I gain a lot of range of motion straight after I've done the exercises, but all my gains are lost when I re-test myself later on in the day. I've been told that not pronating correctly with the feet can cause this, but is there any other reason to do with the feet or tibia which can cause me to lose my gains? Thanks for your help!
Hey rob so I’ve learned when you gain more mobility you should also strength train in that area to keep your mobility gains!
I think the issue is only on my left side. Should I just work the left or should I still work both?
When I did the test, it caused anterior spasms in the hip and groin. I have been trying to figure out if I have a hip or low back problem. Can't rotate my leg out so maybe it's my hips.
What does it mean if I feel my upper hamstrings stretch when doing the first exercise?
How long does these exerxises should be done to properly fix it realisticly? Weeks? And how many times a day do u do these exerxises for best affect with respect for your body?
It really depends. Most likely you will need to do these as maintenance several times a week or so.
Are these excercises possible after total hip replacement?
Exactly what is happening with me thanks doctor actually last one you performed I did it well before I watched video but my family pointed me what are you performing this weired but ow I came to know that it's a internal rotation of hips
Hi doc when I did ur 2nd and 3rd move an hour later massive amount of pain started on my both hips is that a good sign that muscles r strengthening and I should keep doing it or it’s a bad sign and I shouldn’t continue with theses moves
Ur respond is appreciated 🙏
I've got bad pelvic tilt especially on my right side could this be a contributing factor?, also I've got bad overpronation
Are these exercises for internally rotated hip or externally rotated hip
What about external or only internal matters?
Holy crap it feels good! I feel like my hips are on jello after doing these
bless
The last exercise is hitting the spot. Is there any other exercise that stretches the same muscles?

Knee to chest stretch..unable to fold and hold knees..why
Raise your hand if you’re here because you want to make your one-foot snowplow stops easier…. Just me?
I popped both my hips out as a kid doing the splits and I'm now 33 and having weakness in the right hip specially as soon as I get up in the morning I struggle to stand up but will ease off after a few mins
Don't forget Airplanes. I get a lot of additional range with my clients sometimes just doing airplanes
What are airplanes?
Say goodbye to functional squat if these are tight & forget about “releasing” in a week.
Intense hockey & commuting or working will set you back 2 years no lie. Most beginners can’t even get full rotation to do splits in their first year or 2 years of stretching.
Shit takes 4 clover ever
Oh great... 12 years of hockey, and I drove truck for 20+ years. I've got about 5 degrees of rotation in each hip (daughter is a physical therapist)
Can confirm. 20years mix of bad gym habits + tons of gaming. After 7months of DAILY mobility work they literally just started to slowly open up. Everything else made tremendous progress but hip ir a bi*$* lol
So I can't do a deep bodyweight squat if I haven't gotten hip IR?
From all the vids I've watched so far seems the problem could be mostly from my ankles(dorsiflexion) and I think my hips.
I'm almost 75 and can't get on the floor and wouldn't be able to get up.
