Tower 21 and Haus are my top picks and would loveeeeee to know your thoughts. Also something I wish a reviewers would always do with concealers is feedback on how it will be as face concealer for darks spots, hyperpigmentation . That is really what I'm looking for. Thank you for you extremely throughly done reviews💛
I have dark spots /hyperpigmentation and I use a color corrector first. Then I have found that I need to let concealer "set" for few minutes before blending, so it will adhere to dark area. Otherwise it will just blend away when I apply foundation. I'm searching for a stick or pot formula that matches my tan skin tone better. I think the thicker formula will provide better coverage
@midlifemom5829 I have used it ALLLLL😆 I don't use corrector as I feel with my mature skin the less I use the more flattering on my texture. I have similar med tan skin tone too! My holy grails right that I feel work best is nars soft matte concealer in Biscuit and cleau de peau concealer in honey. Definitely you should check out if you haven't. One is a pot other is stick. Love them but I am always on hunt when something new comes🤭🤑
@@YeliMeI will give Nars and CDP a try! Thank you! I have quite noticeable dark circles and pretty dark spots on my cheeks . So for me the color corrector helps cancel the darkness. Then I can go light with the concealer. Without corrector , the darkness looks ashy/grey under the concealer alone, ugh!
Try using less powder. These new hydrating formulas have more water content. So the moisture will evaporate and you're left with pigment which can look dry if you add too much or any powder. Every formula is different, so your setting technique will often be different for the best effect. Think of how people let their concealer sit for a minute to get more coverage. People don't realize the reason that works is because they are letting the moisture evaporate a little before blending.
Thanks for the info… this one sounds like a pass for my 47yo undereye @allbeautybysarah have you tried the tower 28 concealer? I’m looking for a hydrating one and would love to hear your expert opinion on it!! Thanks for all the work!!
Sarah, try using Bobbi Brown’s Vitamin Enriched Eye Base under your concealer! I promise, your eye area is prepped and hydrated for hours ❤❤❤ I absolutely love it! And thanks to you, I’m going to have to get this concealer now.
I don’t know how many more of these new ones I can drop $30 on to find out it doesn’t have enough coverage. Still nothing beats Shape Tape. If anyone knows a higher coverage than that lmk!
Hello Sarah! Which shade is closer to Tarte Shape Tape in Medium? Hoping to get this concealer but I don’t have a physician Sephora store near me, so I’m looking for the closest match to the Shape Tape concealer!
Would love to see a recap on new concealers , categorizing them into formula (dry/matte or hydrating) and coverage (light, med, full)
Yesss I agree!!
Me too!
So does Sarah ever answer? 😢
Yes, please

Would love to see a review on the new makeup forever HD skin concealer! It claims to correct + conceal at once

Very interested in seeing your feedback on the haus labs concealer
I think looks amazing on you and even the side that you did not use color corrector looks much better, smother and natural 👏🏻

Hi, do you like this one better than the Natasha Denona ? My dark circles are like yours. I like your channel ❤
Thank you!
Honestly, they’re both a bit on the dry side. Unless you pair them with a very hydrating eye cream or a hydrating color corrector.
Sarah, i believe your beloved Becca is on sale at Ulta 21 days of beauty.
Would love a review of of the high end and luxury cushion foundations
What shade of color corrector did you use? Please and thank you! I wanna purchase this huda beauty one!
I think it looks amazing. You should continue to use it.
Can you compare the new elf putty corrector with the catrice corrector? Which one has less of a radiance?
Will you be doing a “best of concealer “ video soon ? I’m not into makeup by Mario so far .. his products dont impress me .
Yes! I absolutely will 👍🏼❤️

Between the Huda and the Natasha Denona concealer, which one do you prefer?
Wondering if you're interested in reviewing the LiveTinted concealer...Would love to hear your thoughts!
Good timing. I was wondering about this one.
