      This kind of cookies is typical of Sicily, they are soft inside with a crunchy crust ^_^ When you try the recipe let me know if you like the outcome 😁

    Just sat down with UA-cam after a long break and watched this fantastic recipe. I love all nuts but pistachio is definitely my most favourite and I can't wait to try this out since I actually have all the ingredients at home. Yeast was a surprise addition. Since the dough isn't left in a warm place to rise, what does yeast bring to the party? Does it give the cookies an airy bread-y texture?

      Exactly, this kind of cookies are soft inside but with a crunchy crust. This is a classic Sicilian recipe but to be honest we have several kind of cookies that have instant yeast for sweets, like Ricciarelli another classic Italian cookie 😁
