Sadly lost both parents in the last 7 weeks so, now my caring duties have been fulfilled, I'm going to have a lot of spare time to get back to being a little creative. Macc Man you that video you did when you went to Ludlow well there my way back great grandparent's John de Ludlow married Isabell Lingen she was born in 1370 and he was born in 1360 can you believe that holy cow. We go back to Laurence de Ludlow II Male 1290 - 1353 he was Lord of Stokesay Castle.

What was the powder you added at the end when mixing. You said it made the bread softer.
I use Baking Beauty and Beyond bread improver, you can find it on Amazon, that's where I get mine from, and thankyou for watching :-)
