the only wholesome episode i’ve seen on this show is 2 girls who were best friends who both used their tattoos to ask the other to be their girlfriend (without knowing the others plan), it was absolutely adorable

Tbh the surrogate tattoo was super disrespectful and gross. I don’t care what her reasons are for being a surrogate, shaming her for doing it (which helped make someone else happy and *gave them a child*) is just.. ew.

i love this show because all the tattoo artists willingly put the most abhorrent shit on the guests, and then go "oh my god why would anyone put this on somebody this is awful," and meanwhile the guests both know that they will get the most abhorrent shit put on them by the other person, but then go through with it and go "oh my god why would you do this fuck you"

the second tattoo would just destroy a person's life forever, they got her full name in there, a caricature of her face with blood in her mouth (cause she mooches so much), a list with four of her bad qualities AND a death threat, like all she was missing was some horns and a mustache
I like how the people on this show almost always come on being toxic to each other, yet they act shocked that they'd give each other toxic tattoos
The most devastating and harrowing an episode of this could be is one person gives the other a pretty nasty, petty mockery tattoo while the other came up with something really sweet. They reveal the nice, thoughtful tattoo first which makes tensions rise for everyone else. Then we see the harsh tattoo and the nice person just gets quietly sullen about it and apologizes they didn’t ‘play the game’ right.
God’s work, Jordan. I find reality tv considerably less sociologically horrific through the lens of a mustache-o-ed lad. Still bad, but less vomit-inducing.
jordan should watch that show about extreme couponing where the store ends up paying the customer sometimes
