Ordered one already! Love that it works with the mofage. I was stressing about the flange distant. My next step is to hopefully the the 85mm to pair it with it.
03:21 Jean Reno? Also that distortion at T1.8 is crazy, but it is nice that it goes away pretty quickly so you can get a cleaner image without losing too much light but also get that super distorted dreamy image when you want it. And I would love to see more anamorphic photography!
I was thinking about ordering a few lenses from the Blazar set, but the more demo videos I see, the less I want to buy them. The fringing on these lenses looks very bad and it doesn't add to the "character". Distortion, blurry edges and so on and all that are part of a cinematic lens character and I love the look of most anamorphics out there. But fringing is just a hallmark of a cheap lens. I with Blazar would fix that.
These are some gorgeous shots. I’m pretty blown away by the low light performance. Would you happen to know what ISO you were using for the shots of the Louvre?
yes, it's a very nice adapter but allows for a max of 21mm rear protrusion with the ND filter installed so it's not enough for the 25mm protrusion of this lens, while the Mofage Poco allows for 24,5mm with the VND and 25,5 with other filters
@@PabloDeBiasi thank for the clarification, sad that this 33mm do not fit into the adapter, every other Remus Lens fits. When i bought the Meike, the mofage was nowhere to be found in europe...

@@PabloDeBiasiThank you! I was wondering if the 33mm was compatible with my two Meike. Sadly it is not. I should have go with the Mofage I guess but it was twice the price and not compatible with my Smallrig cages. Damn
Your video covers are always so majestic, its an art pice already
Glad you like them!

A strong TECHNOVISION look. This lens could have shot APOCALYPSE NOW and SUSPIRIA.
That's a very interesting thing to say. I wonder if the lens design is similar
It feels like I'm watching a movie. That quality is insane.

We are all different. I love the fringing, that’s what makes them look vintage.
😏 I ordered this lens months ago when it was first announced. I am still waiting. 😩
Nice! Can’t wait to receive my33!
Hope you enjoy it!
Is is possible to trace the mask to the movement of a generated background?

I used the dual iso of the fx3 so the 12800
@ 12800?! It’s astounding that it still looks so clear! A testament to the lens, the camera, and most of all, the photographer!
Great inspiration video. Thank you 🙏
We're torn between the 33 and 45! :O help
The Meike MK-PLTE-C adapter works well too and has the Canon drop-in filter standart :) (and is more compatible with camera cages)

Is this 33mm or 45mm
it's said in the video by my voice, written on the lens in the cover and in the video pack shots... but yea ... it's the 33
FR these content feels like from an XPan.
demander really makes it pop
Thank you, nice little video! ❤
8 min is far from little … believe me
can you start uploading your anamorphic videos in wider formats please
exactly, doesn't make sense to leave the black bars in and make it so on my 4096x2160 screen the maximum resolution possible isn't used...
I need one !
absolutely beautifull!!
Thank you so much!
Bravo.
far far too much flare for serious work
Message? Inspiration derives from buying things.
Or sometimes you need a new toy to find inspiration again
No but you need lenses to shoot stuff and this is a unique lens with a unique character and feeling that can inspire someone to create something.
The lens looks cheap, and it is. If people like it good, but I'll pass. That flaring is a little too much, especially at night with practicals.
thanks for your feedback
