- My full review of the outstanding Hollyland Lark 150 wireless microphone. It stands out from other systems in that it is tiny, not only is it rechargeable but its case charges the transmitters and receiver. this kit comes with two transmitters. It switches channels automatically. It transmits farther than anyone would reasonably need to go from the camera. It doesn't have glitches or static in normal range use. Im very impressed with this kit needless to say. Its in high demand and sometimes out of stock so I will put some links to several sites to find it at the best price.

Hello thank you. I was a little skeptical especially since it didn't have Antennas. Historically every mic I was sent without an antenna wouldn't transmit more than 8 ft. I think this is some new technology coming out and this is probably just the beginning, thanks for checking it out

Wow, love this unit. Mainly because of its physical build and how compact it is to store and carry. I really like my alvoxcon I bought from one of your earlier reviews, but this unit would be awesome to carry on hikes as it is so compact and contained in a nice little box.

2 Reviews in a week, spoiling us man! So you finally found your perfect mic it seems. I know you were really excited about the Alvoxcon awhile back, but this one seems to sound a bit clearer and it's very compact. The charger is a really nice feature to have as well to extend its use throughout the day. It's a bit expensive for me, but as they say(especially with photography stuff) you get what you pay for. Great review man!

Ironically I shot both of the videos at the same time I just changed my shirt because I knew I wouldn't have time to shoot them separately, sometimes that's smart to do and I see many big UA-camrs will shoot like seven videos a day and schedule them out for a month. Yeah man now that I'm looking at this kit all the other microphones in my closet are almost dead weight. I might put them on Craigslist or something, you'd be shocked if you see how much stuff was sent to me over the years most of it I don't need or don't use. Good problem to have though especially since I'm not making a billion bucks on UA-cam AdSense. Don't worry my upload Pace will never eclipse yours lol
@@Raychristofer I wouldn't worry about pace, your quality is what matters. That's awesome they send you this stuff to test out, but at this point I'm sure they realize you're a trusted and balanced reviewer that's going to get into all the details and deliver a nice well rounded review of the product. I have to take a break this weekend...they just launched some new content in the game I feature and I've been going non-stop the last week making the videos for it, lol.

@@Raychristofer I use "gaming glasses" made by a company called KLIM, I think they are a German company but they have a few versions on Amazon. They are basicaly just normal glasses with yellow lenses to block out the harmful blue light from the computer screen, keeps your eyes from getting worn out/tired and can prevent that fatigue. I know a few people at my office that type all day use the same kind of thing, or in some cases you can get a light filter on windows for your monitor screen.

@@colin_rootz Man im divorced but fortunately i see my kids every other week which isnt enough. my wife is from Jamdown and her son went to live in canada with his dad for teenage years and she have so many regrets too. I feel you its one of those things we dont have to explain to each other. some things in life we learn after the fact. yeah man.

@@UnitedWeBrap you know that's a really good point because the majority of people will only be using one. You would think they would come out with the one transmitter version first but they probably did it this way to increase value and also as an excuse to charge a higher price. I forgot to mention one thing I love about it is when you take it out the case you don't even have to turn it on just plug it into the camera and go there's like no setup. I'm going to talk to them about the background here though, I wonder if it's only my unit that has it because I haven't heard any other reviewers complain

great review. I can't get my to stay in the Cold Shoe mount on my Ulanzi G-8 gopro case. I see you put yours in the hot shoe and it fits securely, even if tight. I'd prefer that.

Very professional review Ray the sound is very good shame about the clip being a rather tight fit I love the fact it’s so small very similar to the Rode go system but in the uk 🇬🇧 it’s £339 which is a high end price tag

Hello how are you thank you, you know what's sad it's almost not possible to find a unidirectional microphone like this on Amazon it's like not a thing. A few months ago I reviewed a USB microphone for your computer to do Zoom meetings and it just so happens the microphones that come in that kit are unidirectional and they're not even advertised that way so that is the microphone I used in this case. I really wish I could give you a simple link to buy one but even this one looks like it's not sold separately. Here's a link to the video just in case. This is Florida but it's the border between Miami and Broward on the edge of the Everglades. earlier when I did the range test that was right next to the Fort Lauderdale airport

Nice review but everytime I check out the review of this item there appears to be a lot of hiss. It's a great system and love the features but the consistent hiss that has been apparent across a number of youtuber review. It a real shame. Nice that mentioned it . Thanks for the review appreciated.
