I got to do yoga on the beach on Maui years ago so doing this flow with you on the beach takes me back to one of the most happy times of my life. Thank you for taking me thru the warm ocean air and the peace of the sea once more. I loved it! Saving to my favorites! (soon I'll have so many favorites that we will do yoga all day non-stop lol 😊)
Thanks for all you do Cole 💜

I got to be honest- I thought you were green screened to this beach behind you. I don’t know why I was so skeptical. Then, to my pleasant surprise, I saw the beach Dad and in the middle of my session I proceeded to laugh joyfully. This session was wonderful- you just recommended it to me from your Instagram, I followed you on yogatx. Great job!

    So a few things...
    1. I’m a little mad at myself for twisting my ankle yesterday and now I can’t do yoga for a little while, but when I get all healed, I look forward to doing this flow!
    2. I didn’t do an entire flow on the beach, but last weekend I took my first yoga photo on the beach and it was so wonderful (see profile pic)! Especially in the off season, and it was a little gloomy, so there were hardly any people. As long as it’s not TOO chilly, I love the beach in any weather!
    3. “Beach Dad.” ROFL! I was wondering if you were going to say something as he walked by and you were really watching him haha. So hilarious and I thought the exact same thing!
Really love everything about these flows on the beach, or in public in general. Love seeing people notice what you’re doing and vice versa.

I just did this video and it was really wonderful. Now I want to watch the video again because I was so focused on my practice that I never saw much of the scenery or the people. I agree with Cole, yin yoga and meditation are great ways to utilize down time while you ankle heals. Take care.

Because of painfully overstretched hamstrings (both sides) I need to avoid wide leg movements and others unfortunately. Is there a replacement pose you would suggest or modification that would allow me to participate fully in this wonderful practice? This is a beautiful practice, and effective instruction- how I thank you for how you've helped me 'yoga'.

In tree pose how do I keep hip from jutting too far out, and- what is too far out? Thank you

Cole!! This was a great video. I have learned from this one that I must work on my tree pose lol! So, I have a question if you don’t mind? I literally do a video of yours at least once a day. And I love the older ones you have for the upper back and neck! Anyway, I have been having some serious issues with my back muscles particularly between my shoulder blades and what feels like below them as well. I’m wondering is there is a particular stretch that I could do to really loosen those up? Threading my arms and child’s pose while stretching my fingertips out feels really good but then they get tense again and I have to start all over again! I hope this makes sense! Thanks for all that you and the other great teachers are doing!!! xo
