col is great on large maps where she can freely position herself out of enemy attack range and swoop in to chain kill injured units. she is hard to use in choke pointy maps though. almost useless. I just got nono and will run her for those scenarios instead. I see her as a better initiator than col.
I think col is the best char to bring in spiral of destiny, U can finish mission faster and easier

There's no way sword+cup is better than sword+wand on Col
In general that is correct, but when you use this trinket, it resets the movement bonus and has a short range.
