Those dbs wouldn't even make a practice squad in the NFL. Nice route running, but that is some terrible coverage.
You're acting like making a practice squad in the NFL is easy. You still need to be an extremely good football player to do so.

+27RAIDERMAN I just feel coz of his size he will not get drafted. Now if that's the case and Raiders bring him in as a undrafted FA then there is no doubt he can make some noise and fight it out for the slot WR spot. An underrated need for the Raiders. I hope this will be the case but I wouldn't hold too much hope in it happening. I would welcome the option though.

He does a nice job staying patient running routes, and showing the DB what he wants them to see!

Casey came up to Ottawa of the CFL and left after a few days. He is a very good route runner but he is likely running against freshman, 2nd year and 3 year guys who likely don't see the field. Up the ante in terms of the compete level and talent level and things get a little more challenging. Plus, one on one's favor the receiver. Throw in a couple of heat seeking missiles out there and things even out real quick!
Actually most the DBs he is going against are the starters, three of them all conference. Everybody whos been in a program know in 1on 1s the starters go against the starters. Know starter waste time going against a third stringer. Just cause the DBs got beat on a route in practice doesnt make them bad DBs. Means they got beat on that rep.
Also how does a kid leaving a CFL team for personal reasons mean things got more challenging?
@@derrickblaylock6990 I was unaware of his personal circumstances. I always thought he would have been a great slot guy in any league. With that said, 1 on 1's always favor the receiver. As a former receiver, I was always a lot braver knowing there was no FS roaming the woods.

WTF...every single one of these Db's is in off-man with a 5-10 yard cushion. I want to see him in Press "in your face off the line" coverage. He does eat the cushions up fast, makes nice cuts and moves at the top of the routes and gets on top of the db's..but these db's are terrible.

They aren't all that bad, majority just got juked really bad. One of the DB's currently plays in the NFL.
Those DBs are trash, just bad footwork and horrible. Flash, at JCJC is 2 times better. He'll be at Alcorn state next season (2020). Watch a real slot receiver. Also, don't insult Wes Welker, like this!! The DBs he's going against, Wes had to go against DBs that was 2 to 3 times better.
