I disagree. Those rules didnt really take effect until 2011. 2004-2010 was still old school NFL. Theres a reason why there was only one 4000 yard passer in 2005, why Manning won MVP with "only" 27 td passes in 2008 and why he also won an MVP with 16 ints in 2009. It was still wayy harder to pass back then..2011 was when it really showed the changes. @@otothem8980 crazy. Shoulda come down w/ it easy. He makes that catch 98/100x. Pressure on his QB and he still lays a ball out to him away from oncoming safeties. Just needs to turn, catch, and go down. Think he was hoping for more and was hearing foot steps. Def coulda been a better throw; but it’s still a ball he needs to come up w/

Wes Welker was the best slot receiver in the history of the game. He was also one of the greatest undrafted players of all time, he holds the NFL record for receptions by an undrafted player. He spent 12 seasons in the NFL, so he was a great route runner as well as a pass-catching machine.

Wes Welker was such an exciting player to watch. He could do a bit of everything. Hall of Famer for sure. Without him, I don't think Julian Edelman would have gotten a chance, and Julian Edelman was another exciting player to watch, and another future Hall of Famer. Also, I find it funny that a lot of these highlights are against the Miami Dolphins, lol.
