      Thank you for watching. I noticed that too, I am not for sure what was wrong with the volume, I may need a new phone to record on. Thank you again for watching.

    If you were using oil base paint quick dry mix with it would have been good. Excellent baby doll.

      I have never used quick dry mix, but these paints dry fast they just need to be baked.

    Hello looking at getting your book from Ebay. I use Acrylic I saw that it said I could use it with them in description. Would I use mineral spirits like you do with the acrylic or as they way it is recommended from McPherson's? They use Emulsion and Diluted to the paint to thin it. I am so confused on this hair painting deal...there is nothing out there to help with hair for acrylic that is not outrageous in price. Thank you for your help

    • @ladonnabriggs8487
      @ladonnabriggs8487  4 роки тому +1

      You can use water with acrylic paint. You only use mineral spirts with oil base paints snd Genesis Heat Set paints are oil base. Acrylic paints are water base so water blends with them

    I love that I know when I see one of your dolls!! Does that kinda just develop naturally I hope? I have trouble following directions therefore I had a rough start but I've gotten down the basic rules and color theory ECT but I still feel like mine all look textbook ish I am just beginning hair.

      It takes time and practice to feel comfortable painting hair. It sounds like your doing great. Don’t worry if your hair doesn’t look perfect at first, just keep painting and with each doll you’ll get better. 😊

      Awww, thank you ❤️I’m proud of you for trying. Just keep practicing. Each time you try you will improve. Experiment with different brushes. My first tries at hair painting were a disaster, lol.

    I was looking for digital art hair painting tutorials, and I came across this and I was confused for a good five minutes because I wasn't sure if you were just really REALLy good at painting baby faces at odd angles, or if those were real babies you were painting hair on- aha I don't know why doll painting didn't come to mind at all

    • @ladonnabriggs8487
      @ladonnabriggs8487  4 роки тому +1

      De Anubizzz lol. Yes this is a doll kit head. My tutorial book is a paperback book but I do have several UA-cam’s showing me while I paint. Thank you for watching.😊
