She was not dealing with just one patient. If she needed to deal with all her patients this way, she needed to build a lot of hospitals to take care of this matter. I have met former Sister of Charity Nuns. Mother Teresa personally was abrasive and her theology was that by being close to those who were about to die and go to heaven you got to experience it yourself. Suffering but not dying, not interested.

Funny how these people defending her skipped over the fact that when she was dying, she didn't die like the people in her missions, or the fact she took money from despots.
According to her diary she prayed constantly all her life to have faith in god with no results. So maybe her charity work was meant as a substitute for faith in the hope that would be enough for her salvation. Whenever she herself got ill, she got flown to the best hospitals, yet the dying people she took in all lay on wooden planks with no pillow, were "cleansed" using rags wrung out in filthy water, and were denied any painkillers except maybe aspirin or bufferin. Those in agony were told by the nuns that their pain meant that "Jesus is kissing you". The money donated to her went straight to the church and didn't benefit the poor. She campaigned worldwide to outlaw abortion and artificial birth control, took big donations from notorious dictators and crooks, and at the orphanages she ran the children, who otherwise wore rags, were dressed up in pretty clothes for media photo ops.
I think your life would be a lot better if you actually examined what religion has done, and is still doing, and took a stance against it.....might not be more peaceful but it's a lot more honest.
