Hey Big Super, longtime no see. So I watched your video on this home. Now $289.000, Isn't a bad price at all in Maricopa. I didnt like the tile floors at all. The Garage needed epoxy on the floor. And it didnt have a Covered Patio that every house needs. I really loved that Kitchen, For, Which has plenty of Cabinets. I would definitely cut that bush in the back. Its a pretty comfortable home, I rated a 8.5 , Still not bad, See you at the next video 👍
Aside from the tile it’s a nice house with a good floor plan. Nice big kitchen. It doesn’t look like it’s been neglected. I like it. Great house for a single person, couple or small family.
You have to wonder if they moved and sold quickly because of neighbors just saying it happens and a reason to move if you’re not living in a peaceful place which should be your home!
Seen the property today in real life outside of the right kitchen and ugly floors I give it a 6. Master was a little tight not enough space for my liking but got the price it’s decent
I give this place a 5. The Maricopa new build you toured was a better deal. With the builder incentives, your monthly payment would almost be the same as the payment on this 20+ year old house with the dated floor
Considering price, I would say its great probably the 8+. If a person purchased the house, and just couldn't stand the floor, they would definitely have to consider the cost to replace the floors which is not going to be cheap. Especially with the stone, to take it up, level the concrete below and then the cost of new flooring and installation. Maybe, its best just not to look down! LOL
The house as a whole is pretty mid but the price is so good you can almost look the other way on everything....except those floors. If you could talk down the asking price to like $280k the floors might just be ok for the time being
I really dislike the mismatched towel. Would have preferred to just stay carpet in those places. Would’ve made for a easier rip out other than that beautiful house especially beautiful price for nowadays.

I think it's a good price for the home. And once you change the flooring and do some updates, the value will increase, right? I think that's how equity works. But without a covered patio, that's a deal breaker for me.

Additionally- the patchwork flooring disrupts the energy flow of the house. The bedrooms are tiny and will accommodate bunk beds, at most. Zero shade in the backyard, unless one cares to stand firm against the corner- as exhibited by Big Super. Overall, the house is small for the steep asking price of $289k. *This house is worth $150k, at best* ✌🏼
The water company and electric companies are terrible!!! The crime is getting worse, there's nothing in the grocery stores. Copa is a terrible place to live. Don't fall for it.

The house is fine. If you dont like the flooring, make a lower price offer and change it out later. Maricopa sucks though, traffic is horrific etc.
It's a beautiful home. If this home was located in Ontario Canada the asking price would be $800,000 would probably sell for more

What are taxes like? New communities often have high taxes. Especially school taxes. And with that heat, the ac will be running a lot. Electric bill.

The Meadows in Maricopa. Just moved out of the state but lived there for years. Nice town but a bummer traveling in or out on the 347.
