Thank you!! 45 and 45A are the same, except 45A is wheelchair accessible so the master closet is different, the doors are wider and the bathrooms are a bit larger.
45LC I believe is just a slight difference in square footage but they are all laid out the same.

Are your washer and dryer included too, and is this enlisted or officer housing?

@@TruckDriver2005 The washer & dryer is included in all the layouts at JBER! All appliances seen are included (most layouts do not include a microwave)
It can be both ranks, depending on number of dependents. You can look on Aurora’s website and put in rank & number of dependents to see what housing you would qualify for.
**When putting in number of dependents it does NOT include the spouse**
