billy heaton because it looks like shit. Just when i thought the mustang couldn't get any uglier they show up with this lmao. It looks like it has down syndrome, the Camaro sales are gonna soar this year lol
not liking the front changes and not sure about the instrument cluster change either, we have a 2015 so I might be biased towards what we have of course. I'll have to see it out in the real world to see how I really feel.
This thing is a beast. I may be in the minority but in my opinion, the new look is great. I've been seeing photoshopped pics of it with after market parts with a new color and it looked fantastic. I know the majority of people bashing this car will eventually come around to liking it
I know in 1987 Ford had a 2.3 liter 4 cylinder for the base Mustang LX but I don't think they offered a V6 , Just the 5.0 on the GT and as a option on the LX.
Nivla Evif Yeah, it gets complicated in the some of the Foxbody years. While sometimes North America wouldn't get a V6 during that era, the 6 cylinders seemed to have continued in other markets like in Australia. They even had an inline 6 at one point!
The front clip borrowed some of the aerodynamic improvements from the GT350, better cooling more down force etc. and when compared side by side with the old model looks better IMO. The added length of the front clip also improves the side view profile. More importantly, the upgrades to the suspension, engine and transmissions should greatly improve overall performance. Well done Ford.
its growing on me more of the shark look like back in the day i most interested in all the customization. i will wait i am also looking at the camaro and challenger.
Good review but on a side note there have been multiple model years with no V6. Most recently 87-93 fox body mustangs weren't available with a V6 engine options were a 2.5 4 or a 5.0 8. Otherwise great review thanks
2018 mustang not impressed at all. The 15-17 much better front-end the new front looks sad not as aggressive. The tail lights not good they look like a smaller version of the honda civic tail lights.
I wanted a 2007-2014 mustang for 8 years now.. First really wanted the 2007/08/09 because of the look and the bad ass car, but then liked the 2010-2014 as well.. I'm actually getting a 2017 Ford Mustang Ecoboost (Australia) they are pricey but I'm actually getting a mustang.. But I have to admit, it's not the ultimate dream car.. I do like the mustangs and camaros but I think the 2015-2018+ Mustangs lack a lot in appearance. The front looks too generic and the head lights just look like an average car, I don't like it. The 2007-2014 were unique. That is why I'm getting the RTR Grille, it makes the 2015+ look so much better
The grill looks too big now, even though its about the same size. Headlights definitely not as good as '15-17 models - way too droopy, skinny and long. It's as if they were trying to make it look like an eye. Front end also looks too long now because front grill/bumper has been pushed forward so much. I could not get used to this, just like I am still not used to the sixth gen camaro design.
I've been a Mustang fan all my life. and have owned many. I liked the looks up to 2014. In 2015 I did not like the front end. Now all I can say is Ford totally lost me. It keeps looking less and less like an American icon muscle car. went and test drove one. It has no feed back in the steering and no sporty feel just an isolated numb feel. Again Ford you lost me on this one.
SMH why are people overacting to the car it looks pretty good to me i'm more interested in the Performance

Nico balvoni Ok man just like when the camaro was going to out sale the 15 GT and never did GTFO
Emph Squee Right it's the best selling sports coupe in the world
The fog lights are so tiny and headlights have that strange gap at the bottom. Like the quad exhaust though makes for easier aftermarket mod.

funny thing is the hood looks just like the cobra hood but on the s550 model I like it because of that

👍Thanks!! , I never knew that.

1st of all i dont like the front lights, they are horrible and not as aggressive as 2016-17 models
i am completely agree with u
Not as aggressive as the previous model but they're not bad.
They aren't look bad on them-self but not like a mustang :/
The grill doesn't match the new headlights.
I guess I'm gonna have to let it grow on me get used to the new design.

looks like and 17 elantra and a 05 charger had a one night stand
I am trying sooo hard to like it. 12:1 compression is awesome though.

Maybe you posted a video regarding why you sold the 2016 Shelby GT 350..I looked for that info..maybe I'm missing it..wondering why you did.
i agree front looks more like fusion.
The car is not too crazy about you either or a big fan of yours. What the hell you know. To me it's a great looking car.
I love it!
Surprised the PP rims remain unchanged
Love it
Front ok but leave it because they will change it again which is fine but I like this face for its aero! Anyway it looks like my 1996 mustang

That's a lit car
Judging it before seeing it in person? hmmmm.
Everything is Digital now adays lol
just give it time
It look's like a Dodge RAM

It is just a simple face-lift. Ford is trying to make it out as if it were a whole new car. Big deal!
front end looks like a pontiac bonneville...show in a different color than girly yellow...come on people it sucks!
poor headlight design..2016 is good
the front is not cool
Wtf they made it horrible
2005-2014 were the best looks
DarknessAwaits yea
gorgy,
LOOK SO BAD
Looks really dated and bad. The fiesta ST looks a hell of a lot better than this thing.
