Ah so you used a Xbox 360 Controller Emulator. I wish this game had actual support for the drum. Also damn impressive performance!
I use Hidhide and a program to rebind my keys to play with the official hori drum on my computer. If you want to play with the drum I can recommend this tutorial ua-cam.com/video/ZJg5FcqsLsY/v-deo.html

someone on a different comment mentioned they got a brook wingman converter off of amazon and the switch hori drum works pretty well with it. But what kind of set up this guy has, i have no idea (like if he is playing on pc)

多分ですが120fpsを出せるようにするMODかFPS上限解除のMODを入れてるからいろんなアニメーションがバグってるのだと思います。
なぜか音符のアニメーション速くなってるんですよね...
特に変な設定はしていないです
