You're fighting Maliketh and Placidusax with a +4 flask? You're either crazy or ballsy.
Unless you're down to beat the game with a weak flask, I recommend you to go upgrade it. Explore for more churches to get more sacred tears. Search them up if you have to.
Apart from that everything else should be fine. Great video btw!

Maybe try some black flame incantations or the godslayer greatsword they do wonders for tanky enemies

As for Maliketh there is an item called the blasphemous claw , that allows you to parry certain attacks and stun Maliketh.
