In this video, I will give you a holistic and nuanced approach to better understanding and managing your stress without losing your edge or sacrificing performance. Stress is inevitable in our lives. But even though most of us have super comfortable lives compared to our grandparents' lives, we seem to suffer more from stress than ever. Stress affects not only our health but also our relationships and the lens through which we see time and the world.

Kitaro, I wish to thank you for your creation of these videos. I have been following Wim Hof, yourself, Andrew Huberman, and others for some time, and I find these different subject matter videos extremely valuable, helpful, and enlightening. It only enhances my understanding and effectiveness of the various practices I strive to put into place every day.
You are what you eat. Your diet impacts your health.
Lower stress, reduce obesity, get enough sleep and more exercise are key to a healthy life.
Obesity in children and adults is rising across the world.
Fast food and sugary drinks including fruit juices are contributing to the problem of poor health and obesity.
Eat a healthy plant based diet and exercise regularly.
Reduce or ELIMINATE cows milk, eggs, cheese and meat. Eat more salad greens, beans, fruit and vegetables. Eliminate fast food, snacks like cookies, cakes, chips, and sugary drinks and juices.
Every adult and child should own a bicycle and ride it regularly.
Regular exercise will help you sleep better. Yoga is a great stress reducer.
Obesity is all too common today. Get off the couch. Get off the phone, ipad or video game. Walk, run, ride a bicycle. any exercises can reduce stress.
A variety of stretching and other exercises help with increased mobility and reduce stress.
Ride to work, ride to school, ride for fun.
Every city should be a bicycle city.

Is there the risk to become addicted on cold showers? I used to take them everyday but I had to stopped bc I got sick and then my life started going down, overthinking came back and bad days as well. Probably I didn't focus on letting go?
Kitaro. This is all good, of course (breathing is tempering). But if you don’t lose 200-240 grams of sweat in 60-90 minutes through physical exercise, then you won’t cleanse your body. Do this once a month.
Hey Kitaro, do you have any advice for me, I'm not really a stressed person but I can't seem to kick myself into action. If I'm forced to do something then I can do it and perform well, but I really have trouble making good use of my free time, even though I know what I want to do and how I would go about achieving it.
My guess is that you are in a freeze state. Instead of fight or flight. But you can get out of it. Keep doing Kitaros techniques and you are on the right track ❤
