MPC Beats Very Basic Tutorial -No Controller-

- The following video we created based off a question we were asked by one of our followers. The question was, "is it possible to make a sample beat with no midi controller"? In this video i explain different ways to be able to create with out being plugged in to an external controller. I go over how to loop a sample, establishing a bpm, copy and pasting on your midi grid and track muting a basic idea. We hope this video will be able to help with some different types of techniques and approaches to making music with the MPC Beats software. Peace and Love from all of us at Team Unco Studios.

@teamuncoordinated630 I needed a tutorial like this as I alternate between using the MPK Mini MK3 and the no controller method. I think you need to do a tutorial w/the MPK Mini MK3 as I hate the tutorials that don’t show the controller being used.

I think we can help. On your screen q links, make sure that the knob that says 'Time Correct' is ON. This should now allow you to snap you midi info to the grid. 😀👍
