Let's just say all human knowledge is siloed, vertically integrated, one parallel coexistence individual at a time, Logarithmic Time quantization of holographic nucleation that is, so the establishment of authentic political integrity is the business of Parliament, gathering together to tune the evidence of policy inaction to the integrity of those responsible for Acts of Parliament and delivery of Services.
If the purpose of the Parliament is to reset the energy production service profile to fit the required saving of our Planetary Ecology that sustains us, "integrity" is MIA.
So the only explanation for a smash and grab destruction of where we live, is that a more immediate method of destruction than CO2 attrition is threatening to destroy everything, and the apparent neglect of Non Poliferation Treaties to ban Nuclear Weapons entirely as absolutely useless deterrence in the Forever War of Superpredator parasitism, is that more "advanced" weapons than nukes are in the possession and control of Superpowers.
