Kibri 39151 WINDMILL Kibri 38248, Build part A

Skill level two for this kit.
very easy to build with out the motor.
The motor pcb board has now failed on this kit.
I will install a Esu decoder to this kt in the future

I will now be retro fitting a loco decoder direct to the motor.
If I was building another kit of this model number I would not install the motor.
