Yes Mon, it did happen! We need to acknowledge what has happened! I don’t blame my mother,or father as well, because they were programmed to be this way. They were born during a most horrific time in Europe, their hearts were closed and filled with fear. Your experience may have enriched your understanding of life, love, compassion, that you may have not known otherwise. I study psychology, I’m not a young student 😁

Yes, Evian, l do agree that forgiving parents who do so much awful things to their kids is so important for our own personal growth. It’s important to learn from bad experience, then move forward from it. And yes, so many parents go about parenting from what they’ve learnt from their own upbringing, and sometimes things as we already know can & will go badly for many people.

Oh sorry forgot to answer this one! All recipes can be easily adapted to a vegetarian diet. Just leave out the meat and/egg and of course replace the fish sauce with salt. The food will still taste amazing!

It was: beef, curry paste from the market and then stir-fried with garlic, green chili and stinky beans (or bitter beans)! These are the kind of beans that can be found around South east Asia and they have a quiet strong "sulfury" taste, a bit like truffles (my personal opinion). We call them stinky beans because you smell them again the next day when you go to the toilet 🤣🤣🤣
My favorite Thai food is pork noodle soup. Goitdeo! I don’t know how it’s written in Thai! And kao mun gai! Chicken rice.. and braised pork knuckle with the brown eggs! And pad Thai but I like it less sweet!…

Oh sorry forgot to answer this one! All recipes can be easily adapted to a vegetarian diet. Just leave out the meat and/egg and of course replace the fish sauce with salt. The food will still taste amazing!

What were the ingredients in the dish Mon made for lunch?
It was: beef, curry paste from the market and then stir-fried with garlic, green chili and stinky beans (or bitter beans)! These are the kind of beans that can be found around South east Asia and they have a quiet strong "sulfury" taste, a bit like truffles (my personal opinion). We call them stinky beans because you smell them again the next day when you go to the toilet 🤣🤣🤣

My favorite Thai food is pork noodle soup. Goitdeo! I don’t know how it’s written in Thai! And kao mun gai! Chicken rice.. and braised pork knuckle with the brown eggs! And pad Thai but I like it less sweet!…
Mon is Moslem, so probably doesn't eat pork.

Me and my Husband have work later Today.. we do Commercial Janitorial We work Wednesdays,Friday and Saturday.. we clean a car Dealership wednesday and Saturday ,we clean 3 Buildings..Friday we clean A Local Cement Plant its 2 Buildings.. we have had that job 6 years,, Done The Car Dealership 2 years..we many years ago had Employees and Many Dealerships..That ended in 2016.. we only Today do the 2 jobs..Jim turns age 70 Febuary 224.I sm age 65 April of 2024 I turn age 66. its Good Honest Work.we never got Rich.We live in a HUD Housing Apartment..which we feel blessed.. we nearly became Homeless in 2016, when Jim helped his youngest Son.Cody who got in Trouble on online dating bad site called Plenty of Fish.. any way Jim helped Cody temporarily took him in. Our past Landlord Kicked us Out.Swdly we rented there for 16 years.. Mt Son Stephen helped me and Jim my Husband of Nearly 24 years.Get this Government Or HUD apartment.where today we been here 7 years as of October 2023..I am thankful for..Thank You Myan for all you Both Do..I Love all the Video you and Mon do..i cannot afford to pay cause of little income and not working a full time income..I pray the ones who can pay will. You Guys are amazing and worth being Paid..make sure to try put away and income so one Day when you retire its not so hard.
