I noticed at the end one little thing that took me decades to get. When you bend a string you get less string buzz if you don't crowd ring and middle finger between the frets, but crowd them one in front of the fret and one behind it's why soloing high sounds better than low. The first rule we learn on fretting is get close behind the fretting. Rule should be broken
Glad I just found this channel
I've been playing Guitar since 72'..I'm considered a solid intermediate player..but I have to say your lessons are some of the best I've taken..in person or online.. Even though they are geared towards a beginner..I've learned things and really dig the way you explain time signature and strumming patterns..I will definitely recommend your channel
Thanks so much, I really appreciate that! 🙏
I’m glad I found this guy, he’s so genuine, and very helpful. What a solid teacher! He definitely deserves more followers🤘🏻

Gary Rossington was so damn good. That solo is one of the best
Absolutely!
Great lesson. 🎸🤘🏼
I gig this song live and do the intro solo starting on the 9th fret because the strings are easier to bend there. Just a little helpful tip for your students.
@@JB-rw9xt love it 👍

These instructions a very good and detailing, I've played this song many times as an advanced guitar player I enjoyed this lesson. The 6/8th timing makes sense, excellent lesson and again very detailing.👊👏

Very clear and helpful
That’s awesome. That Taylor has a great tone ? What amp do you use ? Thanks !!
I just run direct into an interface. Its the Taylor 224ce-K DLX
Freakin AY!
That chord your showing for beginners to be a f#minor on the bottom 3 strings is also a Dmaj7 I think it would sound better if they just played the F bar like a power chord with the top three strings with the notes F# C# and F# again to get the bass note that is so prominent in this great song. Not dissing you because it’s a great lesson for beginners to learn a great song I just think to play the top three strings without really barring it is just as easy and sounds better. Rock on !
Southern Rock likes the dueling lead guitar. Variety is the spice .
What is the model number of that Taylor guitar your playing it's beautiful
Thank you! It’s the Taylor 224ce-K DLX
Great sounding Taylor what model 👌
@@MarkStewart-hr4uu thanks! It’s the 224ce-k DLX
@ I play left handed world love to have the builders edition beautiful guitar but beyond my budget
I can play the whole song even the intro ,,,but I think the intros in a different key, and I don't use any bar chords I put a cable on the second fret
❤
👍👍
Happy Gilmore Song
🏁👍
I can not remember what I had for breakfast. No way I could ever remember music notes and finger placement.
Now the lead very simple...
