@@siarasims yeah we can but Kelsey's energy is unmatched. And some people can't afford the expansions that would make the game fun for them and prefer to get their sims fix by watching it on UA-cam. Honestly I'll watch anything Kelsey makes, but this series has been my favorite!
If River is getting a dog,the dog could be named blueberry (For blue gen and in honor of Kiwi, named after a fruit)

I think its awesome that Robin is a little evil genius with green hair it almost goes full circle back to mint gen as that was the one that started it all and became a mad scientist Menthe legacy if you ask me its sweet.
Honestly I love the idea of Robin and Royal being besties. They're super close in age, shared a room for a while, and I think they really balance each other out so well. I know they're not the focus of the series, but I hope we can see some more of them and their relationship even after River moves out!
Put the urn for the cat in Robin’s room. That way you’ll see the ghost cat and Robin seems like she’d want the urn.

The Aspen and Quentin situation also confused me because I remember when River went to prom, Quentin was there and I was like wait isn't that her uncle? And I think I remember Amber just having Quentin when she was older and Ivy had already moved out of the house😅 it's so funny that River's uncle Quentin is the same age as her and in high school😂

Back story: Two dogs came to the park with an owner only to become unexpectant strays when the gods (Kelsey) became displeased with the man for his overt interest in other people's lives. To this day, the dogs still wait for their lost owner... wandering the park forever looking for him. It's so tragic!

I have an idea for the one-time affair storyline 👀She could have an affair with a Lothario for a bit of classic Sims lore. Either OG Don Lothario who's in the Maxis gallery with the Calientes, or you could look through on Manage Households and see if there's any Lotharios still kicking around as I remember seeing a few pop up along the way

My Sims usually have an affair when they're for some reason spending a lot of time apart from their spouse. One of mine started hooking up with Salim Benali who she met while campaigning for something or other, while her husband was off at work all the time.
MAYBE RIver could be a bit frustrated as a SAHM with Vincent always tired from work, and meet someone in her parents group... and when it's over she needs to convince Vincent to move to a new world!

Can we say that Vincent is like so encouraging that he tells River he likes her birthmark? I miss it, and I think if he would ask others to play violin to make her feel better, he would also want her to not have to hide her beauty 🥰
There’s a way to auto save with MCCC using the computer! But be careful as it’s always advised to double save your save file as well as the auto save file! I learnt this the hard way when I overwrote one time!

I was wondering why Vincent seems so boring to me... And, apart from the fact that he seems to have no personality (at least we haven't seen it i guess) is that he looks like someone copied Ivy's husband, which is kinda... creepy or incesty? :D And also he looks A LOT like Cannon Ito from grey gen (although i loved that character a lot, he had a fun plotline). Maybe it could help to change his haircut and have him get a slightly different style?

I'm excited about River I cant waot to see her perfect blue suburban, and all the portaits of her kids (you could put up those ravisheen family portraits and lock on at each stage of the family if you really don't want to take any)

Oof so sorry for that crash! I lost so much recently due to a crash that I now save whenever I do basically anything! I’m glad this is a game that totally works and never has issues! (/s)
It drives me insane there isn't an auto-save for the Sims! The amount of times I would play for hours and forget to save and all of a sudden, my game crashes and I lose all my progress is just one of the reasons why I don't play it as much even though I want to!
Next pet could be blue heeler. 🤭

With so many new glitches, I'm not certain this would work but what I had my sims do is my sim gave the promise ring, not too long after he aged up. The girl came around and I asked to just be friends until she aged up then they were able to become engaged. Just an FYI.
Our girl River is growing up!! I can't wait to see what all she gets up to as an adult/young adult!

Please don't feel like you have failed the challenge. The ultimate goal is to have fun. Your fun and your viewers fun are both important. This isn't just me saying it, lilsimsie says it, too! Things happen in life and in game that we can't control. In my own NSB challenge, my mint gen parents died before my yellow gen was out of the infant life state. I am having my yellow gen connect to the mint gen pet. This changes everything for me and for yellow gen. Yellow gen isn't going to reach for the stars, they will become a vet. This allows for more game exploration for me and for anyone who watches my video. Keep going girl!

Minutes 15:33 mc command center It has an automatic save mode for these cases, you can schedule how often it saves and creates a backup copy of the current game.

To anyone who thinks things will just work out somehow if you pursue an artistic field and follow your passion, sometimes its better as a hobby. I followed my passions and got a job in the field, found out the entire industry is extremely toxic and abusive and got severe burnout and ptsd from my job. I now work a standard office job as an analyst and do grunt work all day but it pays well and I’m not too stressed to do my art anymore. You don’t have to be paid doing what you love for it to be worthwhile, sometimes a job is just a job and a way to fund what we actually love doing and thats ok
For a pet, I'd love a sheltie or collie because I have a sheltie and she's the best. Also I think it would be AMAZING if you named her Rain because I think that goes with the Blue theme. For kids names, I think you should go all sorts of colors since it's the finale children. Like one could be Scarlet/Rory/Phoenix/Garnet (red), then the next Emerie (short for emerald)/Fern/Sage/Denver (green) and then the next be Daisy/Apollo (yellow), etc. OR you could go Rainbow theme and go with Bowie, Aura, Iris, Aurora, Beau :)
Like what if River and her Bo take an International Vacation right after high school! They spend time doing fun things and taking pictures and fall even deeper in love. And he purposes to her and they decide to get married when they get back to States!
That would be a great back story for Blue Generation .
River would probably have a little lapdog (or maybe a stereotypical family dog like a lab or golden retriever) but I’m still holding out for a blue heeler because Bluey-which is a family show so idk

MAYBE they have work schedules where they rarely see one another, they’re busy with kids and River is so focused on being the perfect mom, dog owner, sister/daughter and employee. Her marriage starts to fall apart a bit and she reunites with high school friends at a bar or club and chats with Dashawn and BAM! ONE NIGHT STAND!!!!😮
