Easy Cornflake Tart Recipe!

The recipe I’m sharing this week is for a quick and easy cornflake tart. This is a very tasty recipe and is a family favourite for me. Hopefully you will love it as much as my family does too!
Ingredients:-
1 packet of ready rolled shortcrust pastry
50g butter
125g golden syrup
25g light brown sugar
100g cornflakes
50g strawberry or raspberry jam
Custard to serve
