Hi Mary Beth. It took me until later in life to get diagnosed with bipolar disorder, and that was such a hugh relief because it had a name to it. I also knew something was wrong, but just went on living my manic/depressive life I'm now in therapy and found the right meds that work for me. Meds are not for everyone but they work for me. I pray you can find help and answers for a diagnoses. Love and hugs From Florida 💜🤗
I’m so glad you found answers, and medication that works for you! It’s so hard when we know something is going on but can’t figure it out or have anyone take us seriously!! Sending you love from North Carolina!! ❤️❤️
It truly is so important! I think people look at is as a bad thing to be titled something different but when you’ve been struggling alone it’s nice to have a word for what you’re struggling with, then the tools to be your best self. Sending your family my love! Thank you for sharing with me! ❤️
That’s such a long time, I’m glad you were able to get the diagnosis he needed. I think just knowing sets you up to get the tools you really need to navigate the world better. I appreciate you sharing with me! ❤️
That sounds like something someone would say that hasn’t experienced living with a different brain or mental health issues might say. Nothing excuses behavior, but everyone deserves knowing what’s going on with them so they can function better.
@Theneurodivergentcreative everybodiess brain is different or we would all be scientists..lol. Society wants people to think that there is something wrong with people..lol. Wow i am sure glad I have my own brain or I would be doing stupid things. And if your baby's father brought the baby to work because he could not handle it..then he is a very smart and in control person. Good for him to realize it was too much. Count your blessings for that.
Thank you for watching ❤
At 65 I'm so grateful for for your honesty keep teaching
I really appreciate you saying this! Thank you for being here! ❤️

I’m the Mom of an autistic child (now an adult). It took us three years to get a diagnosis. I understand how you feel.

I don't put labels on people. It only makes a person give excuses for their behavior.
