  • In this video I will tell you how you can make dhaba like Chole Bhature at home.
    Ingredients :-
    1. For making chhole :-
    1. Chhole
    2. Bay leaf
    3. Cinnamon
    4. Clove
    5. Black pepper
    6. Salt
    7. Oil
    8. Cumin seed
    9. Onion
    10. Tomato
    11. Green chilli
    12. Chhole masala
    13. Degi mirch
    14. Turmeric
    15. Kasoori methi
    16. Coriander leaves
    17. Chai patti
    18. Water
    2. For making bhatura :-
    1. Maida
    2. Bisleri Soda water
    3. Oil
    Recipe :-
    For chhole :-
    1. First of all, we will soak the chhole overnight and after waking up in the morning, wash them, put them in the cooker, add water and keep it on the gas, add two bay leaves, cinnamon, two-three cloves, two-three black peppers and two spoons of salt and put the lid of the cooker on medium flame. Let it cook till three-four whistles come.
    2. After that we will turn off the gas flame and let the gas from the cooker come out on its own. When the gas from the cooker comes out on its own, we will open it and mash it a little with a spoon.
    3. After that, put a pan on the gas and when it gets hot, add two spoons of oil in it and then add one spoon of cumin seeds and roast it for 30 seconds, after that add onion and fry it on the low flame for one or two minutes.
    4. You will grind tomato and two green chillies in a mixer and Take some water in a pan and add two spoons of tea leaves and let it cook. Our onion is now ready by adding tomatoes and half a spoon of salt. Add it and fry it on low flame for one or two minutes.
    5. The water from the tea leaves has been cooked, filter it and put it in the cooker and add a little more water to it and keep it to cook again. On the other hand, the tomato is also cooked, add one spoon chickpea masala, half spoon degi mirch, half spoon turmeric to it. Fry the spices for 30 seconds.
    6. Now we will filter the tea leaf water that we had cooked again and put it in the cooker and our spices that have been cooked will also be put in the cooker and now put the cooker on the gas and let it cook for 5 minutes.
    7. Now 5 minutes have passed, after that we will add Kasuri methi, mix it and apply it for 2 more minutes.
    8. Now after 2 minutes, we will turn off the gas flame, add coriander leaves, mix it, now our chhole curry are ready.
    For Bhature :-
    1. Here I have taken two bowls of flour and soda water, I have to make the aata with soda water and leave it for 3-4 hours.
    2. After 3 hours, you have to mash the aata well for two-four minutes, after that make small lohiya and roll the bhatura and put it in oil and fry it from both the sides.
    3. Now our hot Phuhle Phuhle Bhature is ready, serve them with chhole curry and enjoy it.
