I know, I had an awful morning so I literally am just browsing youtube for cleaning videos. It is very relaxing :) I can't remember where I saw it, but I have seen studies saying that cleaning can make people feel less stressed and anxious, which is how some people can get addicted to cleaning. Cleaning can help people feel happier and more secure.
Just a suggestion you should get cleaning towels and dust towels because it would save you money in the long run and you won’t have to waste to many paper towels
I do actually use towels funny story though I'm trying to use up my paper towels bc I bought this super cheap brand and they basically don't work so I'm trying to use them up before I buy more lol

When you mention flushing the toilet at 4:15, if you dump a bucket of water down instead of flushing, you get an empty bowl that's easier to scrub. Afterwards, you flush and the bowl fills again! Very helpful if there's a mess below the usual water line of your toilet bowl.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not exactly Snow White, but wow I'm not that bad. I know one dude who put a pan that was COVERED in GREEN/BLUE MOLD in the sink and just covered it in water then put it on the drying rack, like done! O.O

I just cleaned my entire house the last two days. Deep cleaning and reorganizing. My roommates moved out so I wanted to clean. When I am angry or stressed (or bored) i will deep clean everything.

Hey Kiara! I like being clean too and similar story to yours except my Mum raked all my toys into a pile and threw them in the bin! I’ve been fairly tidy ever since! If your vacuum suction isn’t that great try checking the roller in the vacuum head. Whenever mine isn’t working great it’s usually because there is a whole load of hair stick around the roller! I guess it blocks the suction maybe? Pretty gross but hey it’s what happens! Once it’s clean it might work better

Thing about vacuums. Most aren't made for hardwood. They rotate until the particles get to the suction hole. On carpet, the strands seal the front of the vacuum. On hardwood, it's not flush with the floor since it's expecting an inch or so of carpet there. So when it spins to rotate, some heavier stuff gets thrown out. If you look at the front of the vacuum, you'll see space that you wouldn't see on carpet. Some vacuums can be set to hardwood. It lowers them. Otherwise, sweep first, then vacuum. It'll pick up the lighter particles the broom couldn't.

We have our windows open a lot of the time (We live in Australia and don't have heating/cooling) so they get dirty soooooo quickly. Grrr! haha :)

To me happend the same thing I used to be so messy as a kid and some day my parents took pictures of my room and showed them to my family and I was so embarrassed … I ve been a neat freak this then. Cleaning just helps when I feel stressed.
HELPFUL TIP: my vacuum does that too on hardwood floors because it has a brush roller on the bottom. Depending on the vacuum you have, there may be a button you can push to turn it off when you do the hardwoods!

I do like half of these things at least once a week (vacuum, laundry, countertop clean) and then I wash the floor and scrub the tub like every twoish weeks :)
I like my house to be clean. I finish any projects that I start if I do laundry it gets washed dried and put away the minute it's done. in the morning when I go to work I make sure I have enough time to tidy up put my makeup away wipe the counters in my bath room make my bed put Jamie's away. No matter what I do I put it away the minute I'm done. Then when I do clean it's just woodwork baseboards, doorways light switches I don't have to pick up too. Even when I worked long hrs, with two children and an elderly Mother my house was still neat and organized.
I’m pretty neat to it really bugs me when my closet or desk is messy and my room is always clean but I don’t really enjoy actually cleaning my house😂love your videos💗💗

I like my house to be clean. I finish any projects that I start if I do laundry it gets washed dried and put away the minute it's done. in the morning when I go to work I make sure I have enough time to tidy up put my makeup away wipe the counters in my bath room make my bed put Jamie's away. No matter what I do I put it away the minute I'm done. Then when I do clean it's just woodwork baseboards, doorways light switches I don't have to pick up too. Even when I worked long hrs, with two children and an elderly Mother my house was still neat and organized.
