Love watching these types of videos. I’m a new grad nurse (only been working for 3 months) and I’m struggling with the schedule and feeling isolated from friends and ‘regular life’ while I’m on my stretch.
I feel this to my core! Trying to do one fun thing after work on one day of my stretch has helped me a ton, I have to push myself, but I’m always happy I do so I can feel like a human on this planet! Keep your head up too, thanks do start to feel a bit more normal with time and you will be surprised at how much more you’re able to handle mentally, so a shift might not be as anxiety provoking/ exhausting as it is now.

Your birthday is the day after my sister Christina's Birthday, which was on October 6th! It's been a busy one for me recently as it was Thanksgiving in Canada, where I lived back on Monday the 14th, which is also my Mom & Dad's wedding anniversary as they celebrated 52 years of marriage! My family & I had our Thanksgiving supper on Sunday the 13th as most of my adult nephews & niece had to return to their proper locations on the 14th! Anyways, looking forward to Halloween now as we count down the days to it! 😊❤
Next time put your pasta in a pan with a lil water and olive oil .. pop a lid on for 5 mins on medium then take lid off n cook a few mins more and it’s way better than the microwave

Im a cardiac nurse in Phoenix and honestly everyday is like slavery with impossible workloads, no time for lunch (literally yesterday I had a tiny bag of chips ON THE FLOOR as my lunch) and overall I feel used and abused. can't wait to move to OR with my bf who is also an RN. :) you gave me hope with your comment. do you have an idea of what a cardiac PCU ratio would be?
