I traded in my Bmw M2 with N55B30TO engine for a Yaris GR and I haven't regretted it for a moment! Its even faster on a straight line and on track than a 2010 Lotus Elise R. And that three cylinder engine is more reliable than that of an A45 AMG! The entire car was created bases on a pure rally car.
Definitely doesn’t have a small boot. Can carry 4 sets of wheels easily, fitted camping gear and a mountain bike (disassembled) in it. The back seats fold down perfectly level to create a van like space.
I love everything about the car except for how the engine sounds. Being a 3 cylinder there's not much drama in the sound which let's me down a lot. Even if it was a 4 cylinder you'd get a satisfying sound to it
@@Tronic_Rider-kl9cu 4 cyls are more bassy and boomy, but sound quite flat. The 3 cyl is raspy, a little bit more like a 6 cyl. The stock exhaust mutes it completely, but aftermarket exhaust systems make it sound pretty good!
I have the GR Corolla. Not exactly the bespoke car as the Yaris but like all, Japanese, econoboxs, turbo boosted to the moon AWD rally cars. It is just pure fun
I’ve got a GR Yaris & a 992 911…the 911 is being swopped for something else..the Yaris is going nowhere. That tells you everything.
Yes the yaris can easy keep up with the porsch
My mistress is a yaris
Can I ride it?
