Shredding could be cool if properly incorporated into music. However, it has to be employed with a creative mind who is willing to spend the time to bring something unique to the sound which draws the listener in... NOT just some elementary gobbledygook notes played at the speed of sound nonsense...
This is so amazing and is just what I needed to hear. Really happy to see more of your videos and looking forward to what's to come. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks! That sound is the combination of a lot of pedals. You can see my foot on the MSD Silvermachine Wah, also the Strymon Blue Sky Reverb is prominent there and I think I have both the Strymon El Capistan and the Nova Delay on.
Awesome! Do you have anymore videos using this SG with the Phat Cats loaded in? I would love to hear a more raw sound of that guitar as I am thinking of getting some installed in my own!
Just now finding your music, brother. This song and Drifting are so awesome. I'm just gonna get lost on your channel. I'm hooked. This was published on my birthday, so thanks for that and PLEASE come to LA and play live and I will bring all my friends :D
Well, no guitar looping or solo material, but you might want to check out my band EON. Look for the track Lens Flare on UA-cam. That one's based on a looping idea I had.
Been on UA-cam for years and i'm quite certain this is the first time I have bothered to comment on anything, but it'd be rude not to ;-) Great playing mate, seriously good playing. Checked a few of your original pieces out and it's very apparent how well you can convey emotion through the guitar.
+Vladislav Kostin when you exept a level, all guitar sound different, but more important, all guitar has a different feel. and that, for some people, is the start of their creativity.
Great job here. The ambience, and atmosphere is nostalgic.
and who can resist the sound of an sg
You should write film scores - incredible talent
It's much nicer to listen to this then shredding. Shredding seems like more of a way to show you are technically amazing, but this is the real music.
shredding is for pussies
Cole Bridgewood Hahahaha I agree
Shredding is cool but I use it more to warm up then make melodies. I like your approach, reminds me of Kitaro

I have found the best guitar loop song. Finally i can rest in peace.
This is so amazing and is just what I needed to hear. Really happy to see more of your videos and looking forward to what's to come. Thanks for sharing.

Ok,... see the gear rundown now. Thanks!

Thanks Aleks!
MAJOR COOL
super nice man!
What’s the pedal at 2:15?
I believe that's the Boss Blues Driver.
Well, no guitar looping or solo material, but you might want to check out my band EON. Look for the track Lens Flare on UA-cam. That one's based on a looping idea I had.
Yehhhhhhhhh... demais amigo, muito muito bom..!
Awesome!, can someone tell me what does he uses as a pick? it sounds really beautiful!
its called an ebow, just search that up and you should good a load of results.
Amazing stuff. Love your vids. Do you have any music for sale?
Ahh very cool
Sir
Ontzettend fijn dit.
Incredible, although, other than the hurricane sounding ebow it did not remind me that much of Sigur Ros.
+Niels Novum +1
Please explain the Sigur Ros inspiration...sounds more like a Steve Hackett solo record than anything remotely SR...
Good Job!really!Could you give me the tab for the riff at 1:00?I love it!
Epic!
The problem with this song is that it ends.
+Zombywoof91 hard to do great ends with looper
Exactly.. it's a big problem
We're absolutely loving your videos! Especially this.
Where abouts are you based?
Thanks! I'm based in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
you're music is so good and very inspiring. would love to collaborate with you.
what is that guitar pick laser thing?
That's an Ebow!
what is the name of the electric thing he is using close to the string? I would like one as well for my guitar..
That's an eBow!
What's that thing you hold in your right hand in the beginning?
Been on UA-cam for years and i'm quite certain this is the first time I have bothered to comment on anything, but it'd be rude not to ;-)
Great playing mate, seriously good playing. Checked a few of your original pieces out and it's very apparent how well you can convey emotion through the guitar.
What was the first effects pedal used? :)
strymon blue sky
what was the thing on your hand at the beginning?
this shows me how bad i play guitar :D well done dude! i really enjoy watching your viedeos ;) keep doing this stuff
you are like god!
Awesome, the shimmer is coming from BSR, I take it- not the Whammy there? And are you using the wah for that passage?
GREAT stuff. What is the pedal used at 2:14?
grandios!
This sounds like something that could've been on The Who's Quadrophenia album!
When you start strumming what overdrive pedals are you using?
How do u sinc two looper?
They're not sync'ed in this case. One looper is used for the ambient soundscape that's not in time and the other one for the 'song' part.
What pedal(s) is he using in the beginning to make it sound like strings?
it is that thing in his hand - not sure what it is called though sadly
it's called an E-bow :)
thanks
I want to ask a question. Why musicians have so many gutars? Are they really that different?
+Vladislav Kostin when you exept a level, all guitar sound different, but more important, all guitar has a different feel. and that, for some people, is the start of their creativity.
+Vladislav Kostin Short answer: yes. Different guitars sound different, view it as different voices of singers.
+Vladislav Kostin Plus, you can have different string tunning between them ;)
Nice playing, sounds amazing! Though it did not remind me of Sigur Ros at all, but rather Smashing Pumpkins. Still, great job!
nicee
kinda Sigur Rosyyyyyyyyyy
Thanks! I'm afraid you're gonna have to use your ears and eyes for that riff. The guitar is tuned a half step down.
really serious work :-)
maybe you consider to add some drum sound somewhere
great job :) Where are you from ? :)
Thanks! I'm from the Netherlands.
Which looper do you use
I beleive I've seen a DigiTech Jamman on his board and of course the obvious BOSS loopers ...
In the description he lists his Jamman, so ...
Hooooooooooooly shit!
nice post black metal
