I’m seeing so many models in advertising that are no longer covering what we’re once conceived as skin flaws, such as hyperpigmentation And different types of freckling. personally, it makes me feel better about not doing an absolute coverage with foundation. I’ve been using the new formula L’Oréal foundation, lately. I used their color match online tool, so got a great shade. Like it better than my Dior! Also have always used Fit Me concealer.
I really wish I could find a lip stain to give my colorless lips a natural base that stays on before applying a lippy.
Thanks for sharing, this really helps other viewers. I've been trying the L'Oreal true match nude tinted serum - I love it! As for lips - you might want to check out the ELF glossy lip stain. I haven't tried it yet, but it sounds like it starts off glossy, and them becomes a lip stain. ☺️

I used to use L’Paige Lipstain (blue turned pink; green turned peachier) but not the same staying/staining power it once had! I think it’s my wrinkled lips :(

Absolutely love to watch your videos! Your such a sweetie.. I have a question... Should I use a darker or lighter concealer? I've always used a lil lighter. Im having issues at age 57/58 (in Oct) with dark circles, have hooded eyes and olive skin. Any advise would be such a blessing. Thank you for sharing your wisdom & beauty. Always such a classy lady.
Thank you so much for asking this question, and for your lovely complement 🤗 I have a video specifically for under eye circles/bags. If you have a puff under your eye, you can put a darker shade actually on the puff, and a lighter shade on the hollow part if that makes sense. I e done all this but IMO brow bone above eye shadow is too light. I would find an inbetween shade to blend it better. Also gotta say, setting spray after makeup really works! I use elf.💕

Kerry, I am a new subscriber. I do most of the same steps. I put the same blush on my eyes. I don't use bronzer because I haven't found one that I like. Maybe I will try the one you used. I also have salt and pepper hair... which I get a lot of compliments on it. I love the way my face looks with this none make up looks. I'm glad I subscribed 😊

I am 61 and I have started to think that maybe I could use a bit more help to even out my skin tone, minimize those pesky age spots, etc. (For years I have only worn some eyeliner at the outer corner of my upper lids, some tinted lip balm and something sheer and rosy to put here and there on my face, with some suncreen and pink toned primer under it all. I still have dark lashes and dark brows.) I began looking at the products you featured, through the links and... wow that really adds up. I also would like to see a professional's version of a no make up look for an older woman. It might be easier on one's budget too.
Check out glossier very affordable and very senior friendly. In particular I like the skin tint natural sheet but just enough polish.
Hi thanks for your comment and for watching! I totally understand how the prices add up. It isn't so bad if you already have a selection of makeup, and you just need one or two things. I am working on a "no-makeup" look video, and have been testing some budget friendly items which I am very impressed with! One foundation is "Pretty Fresh" by Colourpop, and also I love the L'Oreal true match nude tinted serum. The video should be up by next weekend, (hopefully!)

But to me this is not a nude look. You used a lot of products & the make on your eyes is heavy.
I do a nude look with alot less products, but everyone is different thank goodness!

What exactly does a eye curler do. I see it used in almost every makeup video. Is it really worth the trouble? ❤
A eyelash curler curles lashes, and opens up the eyes. Whether it's worth the trouble is up to the individual, I suppose you would have to try it to decide.
Like your makeup, although too many products. I prefer your lovely curly hair in a short style like you had before.
