I have been searching for a powder one that is totally matt but cannot seem to find one.. A cream eyeshadow in that colour would be very helpful.. The brand I used in my video is actually my own brand from here at my Makeup studio. However, for something you can get your hands on over in the UK, Bobbi Brown makes a good cream colored eyeshadow, and Lancôme has one as well, you can even get it in a small single like the one I used.

I didn’t start wearing makeup until about two years ago so I’m still learning.
I’ll look here… my problem is lipstick that doesn’t stay more than 10 minutes… matte w/gloss is very drying. Pencil 🤷🏼♀️

Your eyes and makeup look beautiful. Love how you did your eyeliner. Which pencil eyeliner did you use? I have had no luck with liners that tug too much (I'm 57) and don't give good deep color. Thank you for any info
Hi there! I used a gel formula roll-up liner. They typically glide along the lash line nice & smooth, with the added benefit of the stay power gel offers.

I do have permanent makeup on my brows. I had almost nothing left so I knew it was time to do something.
However, I didn’t want anything harsh and I didn’t like microblading when they try to mimic hairs because I was afraid I would look like I had weird stripes tattooed on my face. 🤣 So the technique my brow artist used is called powder brow. She also does micro blading and everything else, but we agreed this would be best for a soft, natural look. You can also look for it using the term ombre brow.

When your applying foundation with the sponge you used do you dampen it or use dry.Thank you
Hi there! I usually dampen the sponge if it’s the teardrop shape. The wedges and flat sponges I keep dry.
But even when they’re wet, I squeeze them out as much as possible 😄

What to do when brows are sparse , eyelids are crepey and u don’t have a defined arch?
That’s a pretty common question I get from my clients over over 50. ☺️
What I suggest to start with is figure out what shape complements your eye and brow bone the best by doing a little brow mapping.
(Most brow artists can help you with this, at a threading, wax, or permanent makeup studio)
Then try to create that shape with brow powder, as it’s much more forgiving than a pencil. Then once you’re finished, if you need more definition than the powder is giving you, fill in with a pencil.
