Given the current situation of the job market, it doesn't make sense to move to Canada unless you've been offered a job beforehand. problem I see is genuine candidates who did bachelors (4 years degree in India) coming for Masters in canada and then settle in canada they will not have problems. Issue is they do 3 years degree and then come canada and try to do post diplomo etc those people will have issues or hardship settlingin canada . In US we dont have that problem since there is no concept called post diplomo. you just need to do masters or bachelors. hence situation is not that bad in US>
