South Africa is an architecture heaven . you have to be here to believe and if you are a south african then you have to travel around the world to appreciate what SA has. South African architectures are hunted by Europeans and they built many of Dubai skyscrapers.
Yeah we do have the best architects and you're right about Dubai. We just need a good government to make sure that our architects stay here and have more investments to build even more than we have. It would be nice if we could change the Joburg CBD soon.

Because those street businesses habouring criminals, they know them, they see them doing crimes but they keep quiet. They caused the streets to look too busy and insecure. The government can open up .markets where they can conduct their business and anyone who want a bargain knows where to find them.
The good thing about homes in SA when you buy it its yours forever there's nothing called mortgage.

There are plenty of black agents, they just dont have youtube channels. This company of luxury homes JHB has black agens too. you must get on property 24 and check.
