    राहुल जी , कितना भी बेनिफिट अंपाई को दीजिए मगर जो जाने वाला है, वो जाएगा। उसको रोकने का सबसे अच्छा तरीका यह है कि, उसको अच्छा सा बड़ा सा एक हैप्पी सैलरी दिया जाए ,जो वही सेक्टर मैं मिलने वाली सैलरी में से थोड़ा ज्यादा हो। आजकल के बच्चों में धीरज नहीं है और लॉन्ग बेनिफिट समझ नहीं पाते।

    Rahul ji, thank you for a nice informative video but appke most of the points covered in this video are based on the employees working in the office. Thoda un sales ke employees ke bare me bhi ek video banaiye Jo market me field PE kaam karte hai. I think employees ke benefits define karne ke liye unka nature of job bohot hi important hai then only apple to apple conversion hoga jaisa ki aap kehta hai. All the best for what you're doing.     Sir aap ki sab bat achhi hai Lekin ek point aur hai jiske wajah se employee kaam chhor dete hai wo hai seniors ka behaviour kuchh company ke seniors apne staff ke sath bahoot ki Ganda behave karte hai as ur bahoot ghatiya lenguage istemal karte hai jiske wajah se employee demotivate ho jate hai aur dusra option dekhne lagte hai mera manna hai ki sabhi tarah ke subidha ke sath employee ko respect milna chahiye agar unko respect milega to wo koi dusra company nahi jayenge thore paiso ke liye
