राहुल जी , कितना भी बेनिफिट अंपाई को दीजिए मगर जो जाने वाला है, वो जाएगा। उसको रोकने का सबसे अच्छा तरीका यह है कि, उसको अच्छा सा बड़ा सा एक हैप्पी सैलरी दिया जाए ,जो वही सेक्टर मैं मिलने वाली सैलरी में से थोड़ा ज्यादा हो। आजकल के बच्चों में धीरज नहीं है और लॉन्ग बेनिफिट समझ नहीं पाते।
