I watched this video and implemented the same... I handled a 'situation' successfully.
I run a rare tea shop that sells jaggery tea, coffee, Hunza Tea, Kashmiri Kahawa and other rare tea. I hired a local employee who turned out a to be a total crap with locals support... He also stole money. ..i didn't go to police... Nothing... I didn't even mention it to him... I handled the same way what Anurag ji suggested. I saved my reputation, energy and most importantly, time!

This formula does not work on all. Govt. Employees peon bhi palat k jawab deta hai, sharafat ki koi kadar ni krta. Lato k bhoot bato se kabhi ni mante. It takes many things to be a boss. Because boss has to take some unpopular decisions and it's impossible to convince all when they are not your private employees.

Sir, I do job, but my senior don't allocate me work which I like to do and want to learn.
And the juniors, whom I taught, go directly to my senior and they get all type of work. So now they don't respect me.
So I am crossed from both sides and don't get to learn new things and even feel insulated and lonely.
Most importantly, I am not getting any value addition.
Please give suggestions.
