can you please make a tutorial on how to dj in ableton? setting up, using filters, matchin the beats etc? i buyed the apc 40 mk2 and i am kinda of a newbie and don't know anything about it but want to dj in ableton :D
The point of warping is to have a song thats not at the same bpm as abletons main clock and then have it play in time with with the main clock, if youre changing to main clock to the bpm of the song, why warp?
Your videos are very informative, but it would help greatly if you would use some type of microphone and or a lav. I have the volume all the way up and can barely hear you.

i do these to all of my 70's Music and then i dj my set that way they are always on Bpm and they are o glitches

I tried this technique on an old disco tune with a live drummer. It was an improvement but not perfect.

In that case I would try to find an acapella that's close in BPM, then I would try BEATS or RE-PITCH to see what sounds better between those two.

Great video but it might take longer on those song were real bands play instruments. Just saying but great 👍 video
Very true! Live instruments make it a bit harder but these are two methods that can get you a great start!
