    We had changed the title of the video to create less confusion as people had thought do to the title of the video it would potentially be a step by step educational video. Our apologies and we adjusted the title to hopefully correct this issue that it is indeed a home vlog and not an educational tutorial video. All the best and have a wonderful day!

      ayneeo I 100000% would not purchase this machine and after having it for a while after this original review it is complete garbage. I strongly encourage selecting a different brand and machine vs the one shown in this video as it ran into countless issues and flaws. Have a wonderful day and if you have just recently purchased it I would highly consider looking at the refund policy and exchanging it.

      oh my goodness glad to hear. No joke it is the worst machine we had ever owned and we had owned a cheaper machine from best buy and it worked ten times better. The all in one combo it was just over all a poor design. Parts steady breaking, leaking, taking forever to dry, driving up the electric bill, it was unreal and horrible lol. All the best and enjoy your day.

    Why did you got this combo instead of an actual washer and dryer? Normally cheaper and can wash and dry more cloths, and more efficiently? Just curious cause we are looking into buying a washer/dryer combo but only because we live in a condo that doesn't have hookup.

      Douglas, We we’re going back and forth for a few weeks between just buying another washer and dryer combo set or trying out the all in one washer and dryer and the reason we went with the all in one instead was for a number of reasons that fit our lifestyle. 1) To save space. We liked the fact it gave more room in the laundry room for laundry baskets and made the area not seem as squished. 2) In the summer we hang our clothes out on the clothes line to dry so we don’t use the dry portion a whole lot during the summer months only the winter months or rainy days. 3) we liked the fact it saves on our energy bill since we switched over 4) no lint trap. This is a blessing and a curse because it eliminates the discard of dryer sheets and cleaning lint traps daily but once a month we do open the bottom hatch in the front to drain the water and pull out the plug and clean any build up or remove anything that could be wrapped around it to prevent an auto stop of the machine. 5) final reason we went with it is there are only two of us so we don’t go through that much clothes and laundry and once you get the hang of how much can go in the machine to dry it completely you tend to not put in to much to prevent it from drying. We never had an issue with things not drying the first go except towels. Which we realized we had to put in less which wasn’t a huge deal for us. Oh plus we ended up getting the machine on sale and it cost us far less then two machines because where we live they are trying to promote the single machines vs the combos. And it’s sooooo quite (at least ours is) on the wash and dry cycle we don’t even know it’s going half the time because we don’t hear it which is great.
      Have a wonderful day. Good luck with whatever decision you make with either a combo or single machine. I personally had combos for years and this had been my first all in one and I so far love it. Would I ever go back to a combo... if we had kids yes maybe depending on how reviews were with the larger all in ones. If reviews were good on the bigger machines I would hands down continue with the all in ones if reviews showed more flaws for larger loads and more steady loads then a combo. Cheers!

      standupor standdown I am unsure if this is before or after your other comment as stated before It had only been a home vlog of my wife hooking up the machine and how she found it so quick and easy and not for an in depth educational video on the machine itself my apologies. If you wish to know more please feel free to let me know and I cam get the name of the machine for you to see if you wish to google about it. Personally I would stay clear of this machine after a few months use it was a complete waste of money. Take care

    • @EasterlyPoint
      @EasterlyPoint  Рік тому +1

      Good day :) And absolutely NOT lol. The machine had been terrible. Certainly with pets I wouldn't even consider it where there is no lint trap for the drying function no matter how many times you wipe it down after washing one of the pets items fur still manages to get all over the face clothes, clothing, bedding, etc. It leaks, takes forever to dry, and spiked our electricity bill. Stay clear of it. Have a wonderful holiday season and all the best.

    Still happy with your machine ?

    • @EasterlyPoint
      @EasterlyPoint  3 роки тому +1

      To be honest... NO lol. We might actually do an update video. The first issue arised roughly two months ago. The dryer function stopped. It would spin and heat but not dry. We checked countless things as well removed the top of the machine and tested parts. Cleaned the front parts and still not drying to where its worth just getting a new machine. And this time it will be a separate machine for washing and one for drying. The second issue we had was it begin to leak on the wash cycle. Would I still recommend this machine for a single person or couple possibly but people with kids or pets most certainly not. have a great day.

      @peeinginthewind 3 роки тому +1

      @@EasterlyPoint That’s not good to hear there’s lots of videos where you remove the top of the machine off and the fan shroud along with the ductwork for the fan apparently that becomes clogged inside the hamster wheel and the shoot for the air to exhaust not sure if you tried cleaning that or not as well as the drain plug at the bottom of the machine that little door on the front

    • @EasterlyPoint
      @EasterlyPoint  3 роки тому +1

      @@peeinginthewind Thank you kindly for the suggestions and yes sadly we did already try all that. The machine is just not a good quality machine when it comes to withstanding pets who shed and the fact I love washing bedsheets once a week. Our comforter will not even fit in the machine and I have to hand wash it in the tub. Live and learn I guess lol but we will certainly be getting new machines very soon and go back to a washer and separate dryer like we used to have before experimenting with this combo/ all in one. Take care.

    • @EasterlyPoint
      @EasterlyPoint  2 роки тому +1

      It is the worst lol. We plan on going back to two separate machines. One for washing and the other for drying. After a few months it started to leak, It became very loud when in use, even after using the clean cycle and wiping down inside the machine stuff from other fabrics when drying still manage to stick to clothing such as hairs, lint, etc. The dry cycle takes foreveerrrrr and sometimes you have to put it on the dry cycle two-three times. Noticed after so many billing cycles an increase in the electricity bill vs a decrease. HONEST OPINION DO NOT BUY lol
      Hope this helped and have a wonderful day.

      Good evening Will and 100% agree! We thought at first oh perfect, 2 in 1, it stated you would save on electricity and boy oh buy were we ever wrong. after a few months the machine is garbage. We will be going back to two separate machines. It takes forever and I mean forever to dry clothes. Where there is no lint trap even after I wipe down the inside of the machine prior to every cycle clothes still get covered in lint. It Leeks, so much louder now too. And the worst part is it had the bill surpass $1000 in one month electricity billing cycle. Total waste of money. Hope you have a great day.

      @@EasterlyPoint Wow really? We just bought a Koolwood 2 in 1 combo and it was delivered today. Damn thing cost $2000 after tax from amazon. Finally got it hooked up and tried to do a prewash to wash all the factory gunk out of it. It would just stop between the load and I had to set it to rinse and spin which worked. Tried doing an actual load of laundry and it did the same thing. Stopped at 37 minutes and just sat there for 15 minutes without the timer changing. Eventually just now had to set it to rinse and spin again to finish my laundry. Haven't tried the dryer function out yet

      @@Redneck_Hero Yah they are quite pricy. I think ours was ball park that price to and we bought it on wayfair. HATE IT with a passion. We are in the process of completing plumbing for the washer and dryer downstairs and plan on going back to a washer and dryer (individual machines) The 2 in 1 is such junk. It leaked only a few months after having it and we had to buy a new part which cost over $200 and 3 month wait to get here. It stopped the leaking but a few weeks later the drying function gave out. I am just done with it now and hate it lol. It would probably be good for a single person but I am constantly washing from from both our clothes, bedding, dogs stuff and well when we have a litter of puppies its steady going.
