What a lovely little house 🏡 I’ve seen other new builds take one of the cupboard doors to B&Q to get paint to colour match the doors and paint all the exposed oak in the kitchen x
What a beautiful house!! Such a great price too. I wish the builders inToronto Canada would take some notes. Our news builds are stacked townhouses, underground parking and no yard or tall ugly condos. Where in the UK is this? If the carpet was an upgrade, what was included? Was it thinner carpet or laminate? Great video. Looking forward to seeing the rest.
Hi Rosie. That was a great video I loved seeing round your brothers house. I can’t wait to see more of these videos when you add bits to it. Thank you. Have a lovely weekend 🥰
Hey! Rosie your house is so so beautiful and clean and I really enjoyed watching your house tour so so much you’re looking too prettiest and I wish you reach 8K Subscribers very very soon!✨💕💖
Thanks for the video, we’ve been thinking to look around a new build and this has given us a sneak peek. Do you mind me asking what area you’re in? Where we live in Dorset, 3 bedroom new builds are around £400k. I was pleasantly surprised when you said how much the house cost, it’s made me think to look in other areas of the country as we would consider moving whilst our daughter is still young
Hey Rosie, Came across your channel googling Aldi Special buys and ping your beautiful face pops up. Your relationship with George is so beautiful. I bought a new build and my brother didnt but just a normal 80's home (due to all of my new build issues) and I helped him style it by picking up bits from your said list, aren't we good sisters? Love watching your videos. Hey up from the north and say hey to George. Mine was a DW home xx
Hey! Ah thank you so much for watching 😊 haha! Yes it sounds like we are great sisters! So glad you are enjoying watching, thank you for your lovely comment 💕
@@RosieTilley I'm crazy for interiors and bagging a bargain. Plus love my baby brother. He wont buy a thing without big sister's approval. I'm not controlling honest lol xx
It’s true there’s not much space for them, the main bedroom has a built in one but it’s small, so definitely going to suggest a Divan bed to him and maybe just a large chest of drawers instead 🤍
I think that all the national developers need to bring their interiors ie layout and design etc up to date with the current way that people desire and live now. Although I do understand that their building model is a template that many different developers use, and their one objection is profit margin. I am currently in the process of buying a home from a so-called 'respected' national developer at a cost of 380k and will have to make changes to it immediately when I get the keys. Some of those being ...swap out 3 old fashioned pedestal wash basins for wall hung, remove a full size door that currently holds a 2ft x 2ft void under the stairs, that opens out into the main lounge and wall the old door space over (that has no practical use whatsoever ??!). Swap-out 2 shower thermostat wall heaters for enclosed ones, and also rip-out wall tiles etc. Seeing that the property is in the current build process and has none of the following installed to date I had also mentioned to the developer if they could handover the keys with with some of the things ie wall tiles not installed (although I will be charged for them) just to save money and work ripping them out etc...but was told "no"....something to do with them having to deliver the home fully complete (even though I offered to sign a waiver to protect the developer). So yes, developers need to bring their midrange off the peg home design model upto date and customer expectation.
@@RosieTilley We was told no drilling anything on the walls. Photos, mirror etc and always no painting decorating for 18 months, it was the same 25 years ago when I had a new build and in 2019 when I had a new build. X
Lovely home, I can understand why why George would be dissapointed with the kitchen. It would of been nice if you had taken your shoes off out of courtesy. Good tour 👍
Well the main bedroom has a built in one but it’s very small, so might have to do a wardrobe or just a large chest of drawers, he won’t hang stuff up anyway 🤣
@@RosieTilley good for taking the trash out. I would be nervous at night though walking it. It’s probably not as private with all the second story windows so could be safer than I first thought.
@@George...123 lol okay would you purchase a new build based on some of the complaints? Sometimes it could be petty complaints, other times it could be serious "what the hell were the developers thinking"
Loads of new builds up and down the country look exactly the same so I'm unsure as to why you feel the need to show yours? Look at all the windows overlooking your garden 🤯
You mean like the tiny, old, non new build terraced houses/semi detached houses that all look the same and squashed together, you really think they’re better than a 5 bedroom detached new build? 😂
Can watch house tours all day/night
Nice house nice tour thank you
SO excited to see this little series🥰 I love everything about new builds/houses/home decor so can’t wait to see what you do with the place🤍

Aww that’s nice to hear 💕
Looking forward to your series. My daughter is buying a new build. Apparently you can’t paint for a couple of years due to the plaster. x

Hey, not sure if you will see this but do you know if the kitchen cabinets are the charcoal or the hunter green? Thanks in advance
Hey, I believe they are charcoal, I will just check with my brother and get back to you 😊

He said it was ‘Harvard charcoal’ hope that helps 🙂

Wow
Is this a true freehold? Or one with uncapped unregulated service charges?
Oh noes, £200 a year.
Is that area between the fences safe?
Yes it’s pretty secluded round the side, but will still need a lock on the gate though

Hey Rosie what county is the house based?
Hey, this is on the Isle of Wight
Do you have a problem with customer care service ?
If the kitchen isnt as it was presented then why dont they change it..if its their mistake .?
which area is this home in please.
This is on the Isle of Wight
You need a wardrobe in room 1. That is too narrow for hang up stuff.
You bought a Wilson Home 🏠……. Oh Shit… Have you seen the customer Complaints ?
I'm customer care.... yes I've seen the complaints 😂😂

New builds are awful plastic poorly made and have no personalty
