For everyone that has the error "VERIFICATION CODE MISMATCH". After almost 2 hours of looking for the issue just figured out what was the problem. It is actually very easy. The new domain you want to connect with Facebook needs to be the Primary domain on Shopify. Mine wasn't and took me so much time to figure it out.

I have a problem, can you help me? I verified my website with my business Facebook page. I ended up deleting my personal account that I used to make that business page because I was very confused and I wanted to start over. I figured that Facebook business page would be deleted when my personal account was deleted . Nope! I need to release my domain from the first business page but I have no way of logging in to release it. I have made a new page but I can’t connect any shopping because I can’t verify my domain. Do you know how to fix this? Thank you!
