Love listening to positive birth stories. Especially regarding induction. Im on the list and will be called in today or tomorrow for my induction and this has helped me feel at ease. 🧡
So beautiful! Thanks for sharing your beautiful, encouraging story!!! Currently 39 weeks and 3 days with my first, also a boy and praying to give birth unmedicated 🙏🏼
My son's cord was also wrapped around his neck twice. He also had his little hand between his cord and his neck. He was a 31 weeker, weighing 6.1 lbs and 18.5 inches long.
Amazing birth story! We have the same edd 08/29 lol Im being induced 08/22 for medical reasons. Its my first baby and at this point im on board as long as my baby boy gets here safely. Im super anxious havent been sleeping well ever since I found out. Ive been researching on inductions and seen a lot of positive stories so that puts my mind at ease. Thank you for sharing.
I’m praying that all went well (or is going well) and that he arrives safely!!! I’m so glad you’re filling your mind with positive experiences - I really think it helps!! Xx
I had to be induced with my first as well. I was given Cervidil and told that I should "prepare for a marathon not a sprint because that is just step 1, and after my cervix was soft we would start pitocin. Only 1-3% of women go into labor after just cervidil." I am that 1-3% apparently and 30 min lator i was in active labor. I have to be induced for medical reasons with my second in 3 days and they no longer offer cervidil so I am hoping cytotec does the same thing and we can avoid pitocin all together.
Thank you for this! I also have very irregular periods, pretty much much of my story and preferences are the same and this was so good to watch at 38 weeks knowing an induction is a possibility.
Oh my word how fun!!! I am no longer a coach but I miss it and the members so much! Congratulations on your new little one! Hopefully all went well and all that OTFing made it speedy 🎉❤
Am going for induction tomorrow 😭😭feel like crying I wanted to induce natural but didn't happen I tried everything they've been recommending on UA-cam but didn't happen....even with my first baby I got induced at 41 weeks as well
This was a great story! I also would like an unmedicated birth and I'm 41 weeks and two days and am scheduled to be induced at 42 weeks which I'm really hoping doesn't happen but this was pretty inspiring. Though I already know my baby is like 8.5 pounds so seeing your baby was so small makes me pretty nervous haha
I completely believe it can be a positive experience, but the more mental prep the better!! Also, I just had a home birth with my second and he was close to 8 lbs and my recovery was waaaay easier even though he was a whole lb heavier than my first!! The key is listening to your body and not trying to force aggressive pushing if you’re not ready! You got this mama!
Thanks for sharing your story! I’m scheduled to be induced in two days. May I ask what birth position where you in especially during transition when your birth partner gives you counter pressure? Did you have to be on your back in bed? Or you were in “all four” position on the bed?
Hey there! So sorry that I’m just seeing this! Your induction is over and hopefully you’re holding baby as we speak, but I was standing leaning over a north ball that was on the hospital bed, kind of rocking! And I did end up on my back for pushing but I think I could have birthed in whichever way I wanted! How did yours go?!
@@ronniemaerazor yay! I subbed to your channel & I can’t wait to see more! I loved watching this video!!! 💖 it’s ok! I think everything happens for a reason! It’s not Thea best quality lol but I’m happy I made it! I just got a new camera & laptop so I can take UA-cam seriously(: I also want to film everything for my next baby 🥺
Loved watching this! So proud of you Ron ❤️❤️❤️. Mimic everything in this lol. Birth is crazy, such a God planned event. I can not believe you did it with no epidural, you go girl!
Thanks for sharing! I'm getting induced tomorrow so trying to fill my mind with positive thoughts ❤️
Praying for a safe delivery for both mama and baby!! You’ll have to come back and update me!! 💛
How did it go??
