Did anyone catch why augmented exercises are covered before the minor ones?
It's because augmented and major contain a major 3rd and have the same first shape on the bass, i.e., F to A. Theoretically, it's useful to think of augmented as a major triad with a sharpened fifth, and diminished as a minor triad with a flattened 5th
