Knee will pain when start running for 6-7 minutes but after body is heat up the pain will be gone.
After stopped running comes back again.
I just don’t know if I should work through the pain (reasonably) or stop moving until it doesn’t hurt and then progressively exercise it without causing pain…? 2 year struggle now.
See a physiotherapist and they will tell you. I pushed through my knee pain and it made it much worse. Turns out I was meant to gradually increase my knee training without any pain.

@@silentnerd1112 I would focus on walking and stretching first. But finding the right physical therapist is the best advice.
Im so sorry to say this but this can stay until youre 30s i had this since i was 9 and im now 16 i had periods where i couldt walk but its going a bit better now

Wait, so in Germany the "runner's knee" actually refers to: iliotibial band syndrome, ITBS, iliotibial band friction syndrome (ITBFS)
That's a weird difference...
Physio is a waste of time. Did exercises for a year absolutely no fix.
