I am definitely feeling better than I did then, still having lows and really bad anxiety but I'm 24 weeks now so I at least don't have physical sickness as bad as I did then. I've also sought helo for my mental health and started taking pregnancy safe antidepressants (was on them before but had to stop because I didn't want to harm my baby, saw a consultant and they changed it for me so now the baby should be okay and my mood is better). And I've started trying to enjoy my pregnancy. When I sat down with the psychiatrist he painted a very vivid picture for me, I was very adamant to NOT be on medication for my depression, but he explained to me that if I don't address my depression now, the outcomes for my child would be much worse than if I just take the antidepressants and accept help. Depression definitely affects your little one so I'm gonna pray and send positive thoughts your way, you'll get through this and you'll both be okay, but you have to seek some outside help sometimes its not possible to address your mental health alone you need support and that's okay. I'm rooting for you, and hope you can start to feel a little better and see the light soon just as I was able to 🫂💖

I’m almost cried when I watched a video with these doctors and they said you can’t do anything about the stretch marks but idc I’m still using my bio oil and creams
I heard it does the opposite when you exfoliate your stomach and isn’t good like when they say neverrrr itch your stomach you’ll get worse stretch marks obviously I know genetics but 🤷🏻♀️
