My doula recommended that i drink 1 cup of the tea during the first trimester, 2 in the second, and 3 in the third...and my baby was born naturally in about an hour after my water broke. Super easy! I also took the same vitamins, and the fclo. Good job mama!
Mimz 11 Mimz 11 it’s recommended after first trimester. It cause the uterus to tone and tighten and sometimes they fear that might cause miscarriage too early on. If you drink in first trimester I would say keep the quantities low/every other day.
RE: Cod Liver Oil!!! I just wanted anyone reading this to be aware that cod liver oil is NOT recommended during pregnancy as it contains high levels of vitamin A aka retinol. High levels of vit A are known to be harmful to the developing baby (NHS guidelines)

So basically you and alba have 6 weeks left in the pregnancy, not sure why she said she has a month left, but if the baby is born before then it should not be a problem. A baby would be called premature if born before 37 weeks of pregnancy, but anywhere between 37 and 40 weeks is fine.

SunKissAlba the thing with water wipes (which you might know already) is they mold once you've had them for a while. so daily using a package is fine, but I think like keeping a pack in the car, etc...might not be good since those packages take longer to completely use. they also have diy wipes with Dr bronners, coconut oil, etc

It depends on skin type etc. He was right. I dont have any mark either on my belly nor on my chest. I had big belly and I breastfeeded. I have friends that used many products even vaseline and they still have marks. I didnt paint my hair, my nails and i avoid any boby lotions, oils because they are absorved from skin and go to the blad. I have so many gray hair you cannot even imagine. Also no alcohol, not even a glass of wine.

It’s suppose to help skin within the growth and stretching you may experience while pregnant as milk fills up the breast just like the belly grows and skin needs more support to stay hydrated and producing collagen so that it doesn’t crack as it stretches. The bottle says you can use it after pregnancy too because it’s a non-toxic oil that doesn’t harm the baby but I plan to use something else during breast feeding.

I’m kinda upset at this video she says shes using derma E Vitamin E cream well I purchased it and after months of using it during my pregnancy I realized it has RETINYL PALMITATE which is recommended not to use while pregnant! I trusted her judgment and used a product she is using without question. I have myself to blame as well. Please don’t make the same mistake and buy something just because someone is using it without doing your homework.

Sick Individuaal yes it went by fast for me too but for those watching it went by faster because I only announced my pregnancy when I was 4-5 months pregnant and now I’m 8+ about to give birth soon so it seems super quick cuz it’s only been 4 months since I announced it. I wish you the best for you and your family. I have 2 kids. 6 and 3 years old. Iam 39. I never used any products for strech marks, because my doctor told me that I cannot avoid it. It depends on skin type etc. He was right. I dont have any mark either on my belly nor on my chest. I had big belly and I breastfeeded. I have friends that used many products even vaseline and they still have marks. I didnt paint my hair, my nails and i avoid any boby lotions, oils because they are absorved from skin and go to the blad. I have so many gray hair you cannot even imagine. Also no alcohol, not even a glass of wine.
This routine is so simple yet amazing! I wish I had a proper pregnancy routine similar to this 💖 I literally needed motivation to roll out of bed 🤒

Jessica king you mean the breast oil? It’s suppose to help skin within the growth and stretching you may experience while pregnant as milk fills up the breast just like the belly grows and skin needs more support to stay hydrated and producing collagen so that it doesn’t crack as it stretches. The bottle says you can use it after pregnancy too because it’s a non-toxic oil that doesn’t harm the baby but I plan to use something else during breast feeding.

Next up I’m doing a food haul and then after that I assume we’ll have the baby arrival so we’ll be filming a bit of the labour and birth experience and we’ll film together with the baby telling the story of how it all went which wouldn’t require a Q&A from viewers because we’ll already be showing and telling the story of Alma’s birth and how it went etc... after the birth story is out, I will take time to focus on Alma, breast feed, get on a good schedule, and work on another video showing Alma’s baby products, my mommy favorites, and nursery items.

Did you check with your doctor about all the organic supplrments. Some things said to be healthy are not meant to take in pregnancy. Found out the hard way.

I’m kinda upset at this video she says shes using derma E Vitamin E cream well I purchased it and after months of using it during my pregnancy I realized it has RETINYL PALMITATE which is recommended not to use while pregnant! I trusted her judgment and used a product she is using without question. I have myself to blame as well. Please don’t make the same mistake and buy something just because someone is using it without doing your homework.
I know this has happened to other youtubers, but I've been subscribed for years and one day realized I hadn't seen you upload in a while. I was randomly unsubscribed. Perhaps that's one reason you've been stuck for a while at the same number of subscribers.
